I have been here multiple times, usually my wife and I call in our orders. Today we had called a couple times without answer, voicemail was full and left no note as to why they were closed. My wife got through around the third call and was informed that they had live music. Upon me going and picking up our food, I was told by the employee working “that calling multiple times when we don’t answer is not the correct way to go about calling in our order”. I understand that there is live music, but that is no reason to disrespect your customers by making statements about something that my wife and I knew nothing about.If you are a business, you are expected to answer calls, if anything put us on hold.

Door dash orders come first. I just.think it sends a message to people waiting like you have to wait. And I waited. Awhile I ordered 2 pullout of.case items and a mallow cappuccino. Coffee needs to be hot. Or at least more than luke.warm.

Most the stuff is decent to good. But the gluten free bagels are not good in the slightest, they look, smell and taste like clay. I tried to toast it and it's just warm clay, I tried to put cream cheese on it and nothing changed.
