This is what I think of when I think of perfect Mexican food. Flavorful, nutrient-dense, simple yet complex. Reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking. They know what they’re doing!
So glad I stopped here for some delicious enchiladas!!! They have burgers and sandwiches too. And all served by a very kind and also very cute attendant. Nice area to eat in with picnic tables. I ate in my RV (plenty of parking) since the yellow jackets are out. But it’s a really nice place
I ordered the mushroom bacon burger and so glad I did, it was delicious. Nice quiet spot to eat, service was quick too! The other burger cart down the road doesn’t serve fries so I chose Vicky’s! Would definitely return.
