They cant mix their shakes correctly. Now i worked in fast food for awhile. It aint hard too get oreos from top too bottom In the cup. Not too mention their burgers taste funny. And yk i used too mess w Wendy's heavy, best in town. Fix it please cuz you are all we got left Wendy's.

Wife and I went on Sun. we hadn't been there for a while, and now I remember why. They weren't really that busy about half the dining room full, no body in line. We were ready to order and the guy behind the counter was putting an order together. He glanced at us but no acknowledgement. So, we wait. He continued putting his order together with the speed of someone filling bottles of molasses still glancing at us, finally after some time he says he'll be right with us. He is still getting the order put together waiting for 1 or 2 more items, standing there just waiting, he could have taken our order 5 minutes ago. After about 15-20 minutes we decided to leave. We went to Jersey Mike's and had great food in half the time. If you have a day or two to waste Wendy's, if you're hungry anywhere else you can get fed within the hour.

Ordered food online for carryout somehow they couldnt find one of my orders the manager here was disrespectful was trying to refuse to give me my food when I had an online recipt which I showed her after calling the store manager she gave the food and slammed our cup on the counter and threw a fit yelling after at the staff , huge props to the young guy working register he was trying to make things right but his manager was fighting about it until her boss told her to do what the guy on register had been saying all along which is probably why she threw a fit after

Lack of service. Went through the drive through. It was okay. Not the best not the worst. Quality of food had gone down in many years for the fast good joints as they cut corners. No spaces if wasted were correct they just threw some in a to go bag. Love the new frosty styles. Price has gone up way to much for fast food.
Everyone that works in here is very kind and they keep it very clean and tidy!

Had to order my food twice because she didn't repeat my order back and it was wrong forgot my bacon burger also asked her to put my ice-cream on there and I'll get it after eating my meal nope didn't happen. And the flies were horrible in the dinning room hundreds of flies.

Every single time I visit this location they forget at least one (if not multiple) items. Seems to be chicken nuggets or fries each time (which comes from the same station.) if you're going to visit, make sure you check you got all your food before you leave.

Management seems to be the issue. Said they would hire my husband but after 2 weeks they wouldn't return his calls. Even tho he is over qualified.
Resutrant is dirty and employees report morale is low and management is the issue.
Food is alright depending on who is working what shift.
