I rarely eat fast food, but if I am out and about and running errands and need something healthy, I can always stop here and get a healthy chicken pecan salad and not ruin my diet! The people are so friendly here, and always smile when we get our order!

It lasted 20 minutes waiting in line, there were only 2 people in line and at no time did one of the employees take my order, they gave preference to orders outside by vehicle, what bad service, no matter how busy they are, customer is customer and If you have customers inside you should take their order or at least tell them that they will take their order right away, not just leave you standing for 20 minutes.

Went through the drive thru Wednesday night in Klamath Falls, got a bacon cheeseburger biggie bag a frosty and a cheese fry, but no fry in the biggie bag, because they made the cheese fry be a part of the biggie bag instead of putting it in a separate bag and completing the biggie bag by putting a fry in it. I didn't know upgrading the fry to a cheese or chili cheese fry was allowed now.

I ordered on doordash. I got a chicken ceaser salad and a small chicken nugget combo. I am super upset! I was able to get the small chicken nugget combo for my dad, but I do not have my salad! This was not worth my time, I now have to get a refund due to this place. I get not having the supplies to make a salad, but no need to argue with the the person delivering my food. They were just trying to complete my order that Wendy's messed up.
