Their two young kiddo's help out on Sundays and are easily the most professional, polite and adorable wait staff I've ever had. “Our "koffee klatch" group was going to visit a small creamery just outside of Newberg, so we "made a morning of it." We met at the Coffee Cottage for a quick nibble and - obviously - a caffeinated beverage. This was one busy establishment! Both the walk-in and drive-thru portions were doing a land office business. They even sold out of some of their menu items (!). Fortunately, other options were available. The staff kept a very cheerful attitude throughout the hustle and bustle, an outward sign they work well as a team. We will definitely return.“

Coffee is definitely a solid choice along with their energy drink selection. They have also added to their food options recently so they have a decent selection of items to choose from.

“It was so fun to go back in the Pirate’s Den. Thanks to all those who are keeping that small-town staple going. I got the breakfast burrito and cinnamon roll. I liked the large amount of cheese on the burrito. I wish it would have come with some salsa because the potatoes were a little dry by 9:30 am. The cinnamon roll icing and filling were great and I liked the to-go style packaging.“

However, this evening there was a customer (employees knew the individual) that made multiple loud. outbursts that startled the customers trying to converse with their fellow coffee drinkers. Employees choose not to ask this individual to stop the outbursts. :(“

“Im not sure whats going on with the crazy amount of bad comments. Im very very picky when it comes to my coffee and this starbucks out of most of the starbucks around town or surrounding areas always mess up my coffees. I only like a select few in the areas but this one is fantastic at making the coffee and the service is top notch. I appreciate the love that goes into the coffee here at this location and the fact they are always willing to work with you if you are a tad low on funds or if they do make a mistake they immediately fix it if your not too chicken to speak up. “She is always fantastic and on point, fantastic food and family place to eat, also an ice cream parlor attached to the restaurant! On slower days she runs them both, but she always has a smile and doesn't mind if you order right up to closing at 8 pm ( if I'm not mistaken it's 8 pm might be seasonal hours I'm not sure) A long time part of our tiny town and community, she even has a "Pirate bowl " in honor of our highschool mascot:)“

Hunter is so knowledgeable and kind, and taught us so much about coffee as well as making it fun! They then helped us curate a menu for the wedding from our favorite coffee drinks. Their service at the wedding was punctual, considerate, and everything we wanted. Plus the coffee was delicious. Our guests RAVED about them!
