Literally my favorite coffee shop. It's the best coffee shop my wife and I have found. Absolutely outstanding. We usually order delivery but we went inside today and service was nice place was nice inside and had a really good atmosphere. Parking in that shopping center is a little challenging but not terrible.

Whoever is assigned with making/brewing coffee needs to be fired. Genuinely, it is always horrible and I suspect what it is. The person that is in charge of making the coffee is just dumping more water through the already used coffee beans watering the drink down. I am typing this while annoyed that I have yet again wasted my time and money instead of going somewhere else because this is a constant issue. Why not fix it and post the time of the new pot like Peets or any other mom and pop coffee shop. I'm sorry this coffee taste like shit. Love the people love the food but your drip coffee is shit.

Nice coffee shop, plenty of room to meet with a few friends. Reasonable prices, no lines or waiting. Just after lunch the parking lot is tight and busy.

Kyra is the best barista in the whole city of Portland. She is usually who makes my drinks and I must say, they are always perfect. Not to mention her kind energy and amazing customer service. Kyra definitely deserves a raise!!
Ava's also has tasty food and their menu is robust. It's also in a lovely part of town.
