First I watched them make the incorrect amount of the drinks I ordered. When they realized this they asked their coworker what they should do. Their coworker responded with "just fill the rest up with ice" When it was pointed out by another coworker that they missed an ingredient they asked me if I wanted that ingredient anyways. I responded in the affirmative but the barista told me that they didn't see it printed on the instructions. I shouldn't have to point out to an employee that the drink is 3 ingredients; (Thai tea, Cream, and Ice) Last, they then poured whole cream over the drink to the point of it overflowing, making no effort to clean it up simply putting caps on the drinks. While the barista was still standing in front of me I took a straw and attempted to place it into the drink leading to it overflowing all over the cap and counter. The barista offered no help, no offering to remake the drink, or clean them up, she simply walked away.
I then cleaned up the cups to the best of my ability and left. After all that it tasted rancid. whether it was my bad experience or bad ingredients I can't tell. I threw it away as soon as I left.

The customer service is usually substandard. You feel as if they are doing you a favor by taking your order and making a payment. It approaches being unpleasant. I really like the coffee, there is always a place to sit and there is a nice outdoor space when the weather is appropriate.

Wide range of drink selections. Café menu equipped with light meals. Lots of space to sit and study/read or to hold an informal meeting. Some outlets.
Parking: Large shipping complex parking lot, mostly full at 12:30pm on a Wednesday.

I stopped by for lunch with my girls and ordered two turkey cranberry sandwiches. For $14 EACH (not including the 20% I tipped) I expected something much different than what we received. The sandwiches consisted of very dry whole wheat bread (nearly stale), a couple slices of turkey, very thin layers of cream cheese and cranberry, and zero spinach, which it was advertised as having. I went back to the counter to ask if they had any spinach we could add to the sandwiches and the response was “No, sorry, we’re out. We don’t have any greens. Sorry I forgot to tell you.” There was no offer to discount the sandwiches or make it right in any way. Super disappointed in the quality of food (ESPECIALLY given the high price tag) and even more disappointed in the lack of effort to remediate the situation.
