1. The host staff forgot to put our group on the wait-list, which we realized after an hour of waiting for a table. While they did seat us after we said something, no acknowledgement of the mess up or apology was offered
2. Our food never came, or maybe it did, but we left after another hour of waiting to eat. No refills were provided on coffee or water in that time until our server was flagged down finally.
With a dining room full of angry looking patrons with no food on their table, it would have been nice to have someone take charge of the mess. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

First the good: The server did a good job. The food was quality. The prices a little high but reasonable for the area. The facility was very clean. Now the bad: MANDATORY 18% GRATUITY! Even for a one person table. If you don’t notice or bother to read the notice on the table, they do have a line on your receipt for a tip, and no mention on your receipt of the 18% that was automatically added to your bill.

Fantastic brunch spot! The food is delicious, the service is top-notch, and the staff makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend the “Waffle Waffler” — you get to try two different waffle styles in one dish. Their drinks are thoughtfully made; don’t miss the Bloody Mary with one of their infused vodkas. It gets busy on weekends, but it’s definitely worth the wait.

Terrible schnitzel. It's as if the chef has never had a real schnitzel in their life. The meat must be pounded very thin so that the final thing is wider than the plate you serve it on. That's because the pork cut is super lean and flavorless so you need to maximize the breading to meat ratio in each bite.
