We have been going to this restaurant for several years and always enjoyed it. On our last visit we had an issue with the rewards. It turns out that they had expired 1 day earlier than they were supposed to. I contacted the corporate office but they weren't of much help. On our next visit the manager remembered us as he always does and asked if I was able to get it fixed. When he found out I wasn't, he came up with a solution. It was no fault of the local restaurant but they took care of us. Excellent customer service as always. I highly recommend this location and if you ever need catering for your company or event they provide excellent catering. Every time we've used them they always come through with awesome service and promptness.

Baja Fresh is wonderful! Their food is healthy and delicious. We love the bottomless chips and amazing salsa bar. They also offer a 32-ounce refillable cup that we bring back each visit. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The employees are welcoming and helpful. Baja Fresh also has a great rewards program. The corporate office sends out great coupons and special offers fairly often.

Used doordash for 2 burritos. Whoever made them assembled them like a pack of lifesavers, with all the meat at one end, followed by zones of other ingredients. Truly, a horrible eating experience. This guy must eat his burritos sideways like corn on the cob. Would NOT recommend, will not buy again.

I love this location! The wait is never long, the food is always fresh, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is always clean. I’ve been to other locations and a side of steak is about 2-3$ more than this location! I was surprised.
