I'm an Uber delivery driver. One of the salads on an online order popped open spilling all over the ground. Why? Because they didn't properly seal the container. They rushed closing it. I barely touched the container and made it to my car before the lid popped opened. management refused to replace it. Be careful. They're extremely terrible in practice. It was a small salad. A cereal salad. Only thing in ur was leaf and crutons. Not even a big one. It costs maybe 3-5 dollars in ingredients. I'm actually flabbergasted. I've been driving for literally years. I can promise you, Bellagios is the ONLY restaurant I've ever seen in ALL of Oregon that refuses to make a customer order right due to fault of an accident. It's very, very strange.

So the pizzas are great. So good. The service is BAAAAAAAD. So bad! If you order from uber eats, your order will 100% of the time be ~20 mins later than the app says it will be. The people there really don’t care either, so the service is so bad. I’m not sure if it correlates to the bad service, but most of the people working here are super young. Maybe one adult working daily would improve the service.

I ordered pizza for my family on Super Bowl Sunday. There are four people in my house, plus a very loud dog. The delivery driver left the pizza on our front doorstep without notifying us. By the time we found it, the pizza was cold—it had clearly been sitting there for over 20 minutes.
When we called the store, they claimed the driver rang the doorbell four times and knocked. However, there’s no way that happened because our dog would have barked immediately, as it always does when someone is at the door. The store refused to take responsibility, saying they were “backing up their driver.” This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I usually love pizza from Bellagios Not this time my order was supposed to be ready by 6:26 pm and then I got here they told me my order not gonna be ready for another 40 minutes. Plus stuff here don’t use gloves, they touch dough and all ingredients by bear hands and then touch register and other surfaces plus I saw a guy whipping his nose and then going back to make pizza like it’s not a big deal. Wash your hands after you touch register and other things before you go back to make pizza!!! Owners and management should care about this things ASAP Not coming back

Gluten free pizza is awesome, just be prepared to order 2 hours in advance. Do NOT believe the time estimate on the website, the owner tends to make huge orders right around dinner time leading to 1hr + delays in getting your pizza ( I ordered at 5:45, pickup is still not ready at 7:12 as I am writing this. The online estimate said 6:18 for pickup time…) this is not the first time this has happened to me…
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is good, I can’t speak to the measures they take but celiacs I’ve known are not bothered by their gluten free crust

Good pizza but an incredibly stressful environment when picking up a to-go order. The employees yell back and forth and argue constantly. I hate coming to pick up a pizza because it's just anxiety inducing chaos. There also seems to be issues with setting a pick up time. We order here almost weekly and our pizza is either done and cold at the pick up time or not even started being made. The only thing that keeps us coming back is the pizza is really good.

Ordered at 3:15 to pickup at 6pm. Wasn’t ready. Told “we had a big catering order and had to make all those pizzas…we’ll put your order in now”. No discount. Nothing. Frustrating when we were on a schedule and had ordered so early.
Terrible! Cannot get simple orders correct. Have given them plenty of chances. Had to be refunded multiple times. The last order was the last straw . Told the person answering the phone 7 times what we wanted on the pizza and asked for them to read it back because they always get it wrong . Got the pizza home and all the ingredients were in containers! They didn’t even put it on the pizza and cook it. Come on ….. really? All we asked is for tomatoes on the side. You can’t hire people that can take simple orders over the phone? Happens over and over. Then when you ask for a manager they just put a kid on the phone. Starts at the top . Bad management.

Came here for lunch on a free weekend. The server was nice, very conversational, and gave us refills for our drinks. We ordered ahead and came when it should have been ready, but it took longer than planned, but the excellent pizza was worth the wait.
Kid-friendliness: Half of the area that customers are allowed in is adults only(no minors). It was only mildly inconvenient.

Don’t be a dummy like me and expect to get the items you order. I ordered two things, and they screwed up the order on two things. When I called to ask how they could manage to screw up something so simple, the kid on the other end of the line was like “ughhhhh, idk”. I had low expectations and they couldn’t even be met. I will never order from this location again. I mean, it’s literally so bad, this location should change its name and be anything but Bellagios so that this location stops ruining their good brand name. Round Table Pizza it is for me for now on, way to ruin it for me Lake O Bellagios, shame.
