While the pizza really good it is never ready at the time you schedule it for. Also, picking up a pizza is one of the more stressful events of the week. They are always overwhelmed, seem to yell around the kitchen constantly, and have one of the more chaotic experiences around. I will also say that the kids who work there are always friendly.

Terrible! Cannot get simple orders correct. Have given them plenty of chances. Had to be refunded multiple times. The last order was the last straw . Told the person answering the phone 7 times what we wanted on the pizza and asked for them to read it back because they always get it wrong . Got the pizza home and all the ingredients were in containers! They didn’t even put it on the pizza and cook it. Come on ….. really? All we asked is for tomatoes on the side. You can’t hire people that can take simple orders over the phone? Happens over and over. Then when you ask for a manager they just put a kid on the phone. Starts at the top . Bad management.

Came here for lunch on a free weekend. The server was nice, very conversational, and gave us refills for our drinks. We ordered ahead and came when it should have been ready, but it took longer than planned, but the excellent pizza was worth the wait.Kid-friendliness: Half of the area that customers are allowed in is adults only(no minors). It was only mildly inconvenient.

Don’t be a dummy like me and expect to get the items you order. I ordered two things, and they screwed up the order on two things. When I called to ask how they could manage to screw up something so simple, the kid on the other end of the line was like “ughhhhh, idk”. I had low expectations and they couldn’t even be met. I will never order from this location again. I mean, it’s literally so bad, this location should change its name and be anything but Bellagios so that this location stops ruining their good brand name. Round Table Pizza it is for me for now on, way to ruin it for me Lake O Bellagios, shame.

I'm flabbergasted at the low reviews. I have written maybe 10 reviews in my 40 years of life, so it has to be either really bad or really good in order for me to write a review. My family moved here from Cali 1 year ago, and this is some of the best pizza my family has ever had. This can't be the same place that these horrible reviews are about. And not just the pizza. I get shirley temples every time I eat at a restaurant, and they hands down have the best. Even the water was good..like good enough that even my 7 year old made a comment. And we ordered basic ass wings, no sauce, and even those were so good. Everything was so flavorful. The whole meal we were making yum yum noises..it was that good. Yall be trippen.

Without a doubt the most unorganized, chaotic operation I have ever witnessed. If you call in a order, they can't find it and engage in heroic recovery efforts. Owners should spend an hour watching a Friday night. Avoid.
We are long time Bellagios customers - we love the pizza. However this location, in particular, is terribly run. The last time we ordered they just didn't show up. This has never happened to us before with any pizza delivery. We waited the two hours they said it would take to get our pizza. Called over and over (their voicemail was full and they weren't answering the phone) when they were half an hour late and they said "sorry we had a big catering order today". Not my problem - if that's the case don't take orders! They said it would be there "soon" and I asked what soon was and he said 15 minutes. They never showed up. We went in to the location the next day and they barely apologized, didn't refund us because the charge was still pending and didn't offer anything to make up for it, besides a "guarantee it won't happen next time". Sadly there won't be a next time. The Tualatin location doesn't deliver to Lake O but is much more reliable for take out. My advice is to get your pizza elsewhere.

Ordered at 3:15 to pickup at 6pm. Wasn’t ready. Told “we had a big catering order and had to make all those pizzas…we’ll put your order in now”. No discount. Nothing. Frustrating when we were on a schedule and had ordered so early.Pizzas are great and expensive.

I ordered the Monday special for the first time - a 3 topping pizza - over the phone. I went and picked it up. I was charged the wrong amount for the 'special', I told them and they corrected it. Yay! When I got home the pizza had no sauce. I called, curious if I had to ask for sauce as one of the 3 toppings. They told me it comes with sauce. To correct the order they said they would make a new one, but I'd need to pick it up. I declined coming in, no offer for a refund... so I inquired if on one of their deliveries that they could possibly drop it by, no rush at all. They agreed. Yay! We went through the order again verbally to make sure they knew what I wanted, which I appreciate!!! After 1.5 hours the pizza arrives. Yay! Brought it to my kitchen and open the box... IT WAS COMPLETELY the WRONG pizza. It was OBVIOUSLY the wrong pizza!!! It had those bright green peppers you put on a sandwiches and olives. I called immediately and ask for the manager (George). I tell him if the issue. He knew about the second pizza delivery. He put me on hold and called the driver (3 min from delivery time at most). They said it must have gotten mixed in the shuffle. Did they deliver my pizza to someone else? Now they offer a refund. I again corrected them on the amount, then said they couldn't put it on my card type. The one I charged it on, so strange??? I'm hoping I see the credit tomorrow! Now I'm super hungry and disappointed. Amplified since I just returned to town & fridge is bare. I have only tried this location a couple times since their reopening. I keep hoping their pizza will be as good as it once was! Note: This I believe is my first 1 star rating and very hard to write.

Do not order food here. We ordered in June 2023 and tried again in September 2023 - -both times our order was not delivered. Both times we confirmed our address and both times we were told our order was “on its way with the driver” but it never arrived.
