I always loved the concept of Burgerville with locally sourced ingredients, but it just wasn't as good as I remembered it being and far more expensive, which is a bad combination. For a fountain drink (that's not some decent local soda, but coca cola products) and fries is almost $8? I found that to be absurd and the burgers just weren't what I remembered.

Ordered $55 worth of food for my wife, myself, and two 5 year olds. The twins got their food just fine. No complaints from my daughter. My son however threw everything up. My burger wasn’t made correctly. The picture of the fish or chicken whatever wasn’t even something we ordered. And the spicy chicken I ate already, but wasn’t worth the $3 - $5 for whatever the price of a single was. Overall, not impressed. Not worth the drive from Salem.

I got food to go through the drive-thru and it was good customer service however I feel like the cheeseburgers have changed they're not the same as they used to be which is sad but it's still one of the best places to get a quick Burger in a milkshakes are great too The Sundays are the best the Oregon strawberry you can't lose with that choice

We ordered two plant based shakes, specifically saying "plant based" to the drive through attendant. When we got to the window to pay, we asked to clarify, "these are plant based shakes, right?" And the employee immediately cut us off and said "no they're not, you have to ask specifically for them to be plant based." i said "yeah, we did ask for plant based." And she told us to pull around and go to spot one while they remade them. When the right shakes were brought out, one of them was the wrong size and had to be remade again.
We appreciate the customer service, but the attention to ordering is lacking. I'm glad we asked to make sure, as we're both allergic to dairy.

First time here at this particular location and burger was barely warm. Cheeseburger with cheese not melted at all, that's how on the cool side it was. Probably won't be going back because if I'm spending $5 for just a plain single patty cheeseburger it should at least be hot

I usually like Burgerville, but this visit was frustrating. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fish & chips, but when I got home, I realized they only gave me a single cheeseburger instead of a double. Since I didn’t notice until later, I didn’t have a chance to get it fixed. On top of that, I had already waited an extra 10 minutes for my order, so getting home to the wrong food made it even more disappointing.
I appreciate the fresh ingredients and normally good service, but order accuracy needs improvement—especially when wait times are already long.

40 degrees outside, I walk into the lobby and I'm told I have to go outside and order my food from the drive-thru window. I told the manager/ cashier, I walked from the hotel. He said "sorry, the registers are closed." So, you can't walk
to the drive thru register to ring up my order? I'm not going to freeze while waiting for my food. Gotta change this policy. Walked in just after 10pm. Hours are till 11pm.
