By far the worst Cafe Yumm I’ve ever been to. So bad, that I stopped going to Cafe Yumm completely. Unfriendly service and the orders are wrong about half the time. Last time I ordered a Jasmine Bowl, there were long strands of hair mixed in. That was it for me. Also, judging by everyone else’s experience, Cafe Yumm should revoke this locations franchise. At minimum, this place needs a surprise health inspector visit.

I Love eating Cafe Yumm. I have been to many of their locations and yes some vary in portion sizes and they don’t always give you a full bowl or a full quesadilla deluxe, and are sometime flat or halfway full as some have stated. This is my first time I at this location. The bowl was filled all the way up but they forgot the protein. No worries they gave me a side of it no questions asked, as I paid for it. There was a good amount of food. The problem was that it wasn’t as fresh as the other places. The chicken was off and the ingredients just didn’t seem fresh. It was as if everything was a day old. Customer service was excellent no complains there. The food should be fresh every single day. The other locations were always fresh!

I found hair mixed into my food and lost it while pulling it out of my bowl. When I went back to the counter to tell them they addressed it in an impolite manner with an insincere apology. I’m pretty sure the hair came from the one girl that was giving attitude. They gave me another bowl, but I felt uncomfortable the rest of the time I was there.

Probably some of the best food and value, if you enjoy large rice bowls teeming with hot vegetables and delicious Yumm sauce!Prices have gone up quite a bit, doubled like most places in past few years…. but the portions have stayed ample and I love that!

Much like many other patrons this specific location of cafe yumm is horrible at providing you with actual proper portions. They barely give you half portions in the bowls. The photo above is a medium original bowl WITH additional SW chicken. Even with the extra chicken item in the bowl it barely reaches the halfway point of the bowl. Every other Cafe Yumm I have ever been to is much better at actually giving you what you pay for.

Don't get me wrong. I love the food. I eat Cafe Yumm a few times per week. I get the small Jazzy bowl with chicken added. I can usually only eat half and save the rest for the next day.However, this week, I noticed that I ate the whole thing. Strange, okay. Today I looked and the bowl was half full. I get it through GrubHub, but the very top of the bowl - rice, avocado, chicken, all of it - only reached the halfway mark on the container it came in. And it is definitely the same size container that it usually is. I would know - I get this a lot. Not only that, but I had two pieces of chicken and two slices of avocado. Something is definitely off.I'm disappointed that I paid $17 to have half a meal delivered. I'm going to watch this again next week. If it goes back to normal, I'll update my rating. Because I really like Cafe Yumm, but cutting your portion sizes back by half isn't the move. I checked the calorie content and that hasn't been updated on the corporate page. I would expect that to have gone down if they officially cut back portion sizes across the board.

Always enjoy the delicious tastes of Cafe Yummy. My favorite is the Yummy Bowl with hot n jazzy sauce but our family has never been disappointed.

Won’t be going to this location anymore. My order is so so simply yet they consistently forget the sauce. And maybe 1/5 times they actually give me extra chicken usually I pay extra and it’s just a few pieces. Y’all think this is worth $10? Haven’t even had one bite yet
Cafe Yumm is great, this location is fantastic with friendly staff and I have never had a bad experience here. If I could always eat here on days that end in "y" I would.Update: 11/02/23Still great customer service, food is great, even when slammed busy they were friendly and quick!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Small portions and a kids menu, still healthy choices.

Waited as next in line for about 20 minutes while the front cashier was I assume working on online orders. We ordered our food to go and waited off to the side for about 20 more minutes. Our cups were half full and barley got any yum sauce. Over all I'd probably make the 15 minute drive to the location in Wilsonville with much quicker and friendlier service.

I ordered a medium bowl and it was half full. Other Cafe Yumm places are filled all the way up. When I asked about it, I was told it was because I omitted the salsa and cilantro. I said that ingredients don't take up half of the bowl. Then I was ignored.

Always love Cafe Yumm. Came around 10am for my first meal of the day. Was a little disappointed there was sauce on the outside of the box on the bottom. Lead to some clean up delays when I discovered it in the loaner car I was driving and a near miss with my clothing. So despite the Cat in the Hat moment (blue cake frosting everywhere) the meal was great! Just gotta watch for unnecessary messes.
