We have consistently had issues with our orders at the Lake Oswego location - forgetting the sauces, straws, utensils, napkins, salad toppings, etc. It is so frustrating when you leave the restaurant with a to go order only to find you can’t eat it. These things may seem small but a straw is a MUST for the car. Utensils are a MUST for a salad. The peanuts are a key ingredient to the Kale salad. Honestly, I don’t know why we go back any more. We never have this problem at other locations. So disappointed.

I love Chick-fil-A.. this location often has a hard time keeping up with cleaning the tables and I find it annoying to try to find someone to clean up a table. Just leave the wipes out if you can't stay on top of it IMHO. Not enough booths. Some booths are high tops But WHY - what about your elderly customers?

I want to give this five stars because the staff was very friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, the breakfast burrito I got was ninety percent egg and ten percent sausage that was all the way at the bottom of the burrito. I honestly thought they had left it out until the last two bites. That being said, I got breakfast from a chicken place so it’s partly my bad.

Large clean restaurant with a kiddo play area and ample parking make this a great option for a quick family meal.
We opted for a mobile “dine in” order and loved being able to scan our table number so food could be delivered right to us. Even on opening day, we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes for our food. This is extremely impressive given Lake Oswego’s ban on having a drive through at any new restaurants.
I really liked being able to have the kale crunch salad as a side with my chicken and appreciated the employees coming to see if we needed anything after food came out.
They have an outdoor seating area that is lovely, but didn’t have numbers on the table for our mobile order to be delivered to.
VERY popular with the LDS crowd and you won’t feel weird praying before you eat in public if that’s your jam.
I’m grateful for having Chick-fil-A in my neighborhood!

We decided to try the recently opened Chick-fil-A in Lake Oswego on Kruse Oaks, and boy, were we happy we did!! Our chicken sandwiches were excellent, and the waffle fries were delicious! We love this place and are so glad they took over the previous restaurant and made it their own! Our server, Hazel, did a nice job and we got our food pretty quickly. The prices were very reasonable, and we will most definitely be back for our chicken sandwich fix in the future!!

Worst chikfila service ever. Waited 30 mins from time I placed my online pick up bc “it didn’t show up on the screen so we’re making it now”. Said 6-10 mins estimated time. Showed up and they didn’t even acknowledge they couldn’t find the order until after I waited 5 mins - then they said they didn’t have an order with my name. What’s the point of ordering ahead for pick up when I have a small child who is a challenge? Seems they only care to prioritize door dash. Never seen such a poorly run chikfila. No one apologized. In fact, the employee blamed me (ordered carry out) for not clicking “I’m here” which I’ve never had to do at any other chikfila - just give them my name And the order is ready.
