I needed to place an order for 15 burritos within 24 hours, so unfortunately, I didn't qualify for catering (24-hour notice). I was told to go online to place the order, where I had to select everything 1 at a time by hand. I'm physically standing there in the location, asking if I can place the order with them, and then come back in 4 hours for pick up. They said I would have in stand there and wait while they made all of them right then and there, and I wouldn't be able to pay (card in hand) and then come back. The manager stuck to the corporate script of "because that's just the way it is." They were completely fine when I told them I'd go to a competitor.

La Isla Bonita in Tualatin helped me out, let me borrow a hot case, and gave me everything I needed without any issue. Always support family businesses. Rodrigo was great.

Ordered the Smoked Brisket, what a joke! Looks nothing like the advertisements or the pictures in inside. It’s so chopped up you don’t know what you’re eating! False Marketing! Very disappointing, will not go back.

Everything was excellent! Our online order was ready when we arrived for pickup and was absolutely delicious (chipotle bowl with tortillas on the side).

I read a bunch of bad reviews with a couple good ones mixed in. The kid that helped me was really nice. But as others mentioned, their quality is not good. The steak is dried and burnt, the only veggies they had were dried out and burnt and they didn’t offer to make more “nope that’s all we got”. No one was cooking anything.

The food, of course, was tasty, but it took a long time to take a family of 4s order. All the tables were dirty, the trash over flowing with food spilled onto the floor, and the lemonade was empty, and no one would refill it. It needs better staffing for how busy it is and how it is like the only one for miles. Chipotle can afford it. For reals.

This is the worst chipotle location I’ve been to. I doordashed a kids meal to my work today (first mistake), and the portion I was given was laughable. The side options weren’t even filled up half way and there was barely any meat in the quesadilla. Other locations always fill the sides to the top, as it’s already small kids portions. There was also huge hard avocado chunks in the guac today, with random strings of lecture in it too. It was disgusting. This location is also constantly forgetting silverware, beverage choice(s), extra sides, etc. My coworker has also been given the wrong meal numerous times from this location and had to go back. I recommend avoiding this location if you can.

I love Chipotle .The food is delicious,and so far the customer service is good..First visit at this location.The floor and tables were dirty..and for the time we were there,no one came out to clean or broom the floor.We have to clean our table the best we could.
I don't know if they were short of staff that day ( 8/3/24 around 1:30 pm) but if is a busy location,why not hire a cleaning person for the dining room?.

Expect small portions, low quality food, and high prices while the billionaires that own it (Vanguard, BlackRock, etc) pad their pockets. This was an awesome restaurant before it went public in 2006 and started its slow decline. No thanks - I’ll buy local.

Food is decent but only come here if you have the appetite of a toddler and want to pay 14 for what you could get for 10 elsewhere. Portions have been progressively getting smaller and smaller especially at this location. Go to senior taco or casa instead.
