Rude hung up on me an didn't call me back knowing my number. I ordered a lot of pizza from her for my business. Won't be ordering ever again

This isn't about the store itself I order from here a lot its the online system thays an issue. Something is messed up. I tried signing in and it kept saying there was something wrong. Eventually got in, tried to order and pay with venmo, it took me back to the dominos site and I had nothing in my cart, it was starting over. I checked the tracker and it said two orders were placed tonight but nothing on the tracker. Everytime I went back to the tracker the order times were the time I was checking the tracker. Idk what got messed up but Im going to dispute the charge if I'm charged. I tried calling the store, they were going on check on it to see if it went through. I was on hold for 10 mins and gave up. Im tired and hungry. Dominos fix your own line ordering pls.

Ordered at 7:14 pm,we live less than a mile away. Pizza was delivered at 8:47 pm Luke warm and soggy. We watched out pizza drive around for over 40 minutes before it arrived.

Always a great experience with our local Domino’s Pizza! Online ordering is super easy and efficient, and the food is always ready right on time — no waiting at all if you order online before going there. Maybe it’s because I order later at night, but my orders have been fine. They are consistent, and a budget option vs paying for the same price (with coupons) for a frozen pizza from “those” grocery stores (WF, NS, Z). Iykyk.

I put in an order for one pizza and some boneless chicken today. Sunday, November 24 at 8:49pm. It is now 12:01am the next day and still no pizza. I tried calling to see if they are still working on it, but no response and then the call just ended. I don't really know what is going on. Do I need to make other plans for dinner? I hope you guys are reversing the charge for this order. I've been so patient. Tried calling multiple times. No response. Absolutely terrible customer service. I don't think I will ever order again. Bellagios from now on.

I placed an order for my family on the app. The order was still in the “prep” stage after 30 minutes so I stopped by the store to make sure this wasn’t an error as the app said it would be ready in 7-12 min. When I arrived, they were super busy and did not attend to people walking into the store. When I was able to speak to a team member, he said it would be another 25-30 min as they were behind. I decided to wait. After 45 minutes passed, my order was still in the “prep” phase. I called the store twice to cancel but after listening to their advertisements on the phone for 5 minutes, the call dropped each time without being able to speak to a team member. 1 hr and 45 min after placing the order the order was finally ready. Don’t trust the app timeline. It is not accurate. Also, it’s not possible to call the store to get a hold of a team member. This should be improved upon.

Pizza ordered at 4:57 with estimated carryout time of 5:05-5:10. I arrived at 5:23 and text them per instructions to let them know I’m there. Tracker then says pizza is just now going in the oven. About 10 mins later the app/website says the pizza is hot and done. I wait in my car another 10 mins and no pizza. Finally, around 5:50 I go inside to get an update. They then tell me they haven’t even started on the pizza. Staff was completely indifferent.

We had an extremely bad experience at this location. Mostly due to an employee named Angelica. She was rude and unhelpful. We were never going to go back. Domino's has a promotion to get a free pizza on your next visit with an order. We decided to use it and this location is the closest. Bad decision. The pizza was cut so carelessly. And anyone that has any type of allergy, beware. They do not clean the pizza cutter between uses.

I don't know if it is poor staffing or the lack thereof but on Sunday we put a mobile order in and it said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We left to pick it up after the 20 minutes and arrived 30 minutes after the order was placed. We noticed a lot of people outside going in wondering where their food was. Turns out they were an hour behind. We ended up canceling the order and getting food elsewhere. I think this should be a warning to those who feel like ordering a pizza from Domino's and want to place an order on the app that the company invested so much money in. Perhaps call and see what the wait is if you need food in a normal amount of time.
