Didn't have high hopes for donut bun burgers and I'm not a fan of filled donuts but this place absolutely changed my mind. The burgers were juicy and delicious, on the smaller side so it's great for a light lunch. The donuts were soft and HUGE. I'll definitely be coming back to try their other flavors

OMG they're good! I just had the best burger and fries! Their buns are the way and the truth. Their donuts are also phenomenal. I'll be eating here again tomorrow, for sure!

I don't think I am a culinary heathen, but I seem to be in the minority about the filled donuts at Fills. I had the brownie fill and the maple bacon fill. I struggled to find the flavors in both. First, let me say that if I'm going to buy a donut, I am expecting a high calorie count, therefore LOTS of flavor, and something that is sweet. The brownie doughnut brownies on top lacked any sweet profile (by design?), the ganache on top had no sweetness and barely a hint of coco flavor, the little decorative balls of something on top offered crunch inside but also no flavor, and the pudding-like filling had no flavor whatsoever. A complete flavor disappointment. The maple bacon doughnut did have nicely flavored and cooked bacon decor on top, but the glaze coating was also barely-hint-of-sweet and the maple filling offered only a brief glimpse of maple. For a Bourdain-like maple-bacon experience, I want these flavors to be so strong as to completely blow me away into a mind-bending spiral of taste-bud ecstasy. This was not the case. Nor with my co-taster to validate my findings. One star added for overall texture and bacon done right. For $4 per doughnut, please knock my socks off. Otherwise, pass - not worth the calories.

First time here and wow. Donuts were delicious and the burger tasted like a classic burger in all the right ways with the exception of the unique bun. It took me a minute to decide if I liked the bun which was like an unsweetened donut but IT WORKS! I'll definitely be back. Two thumbs up! Love trying new places that put their own spin on things.

I am a bit of a self proclaimed donut connoisseur. They have always been my fave food since I was a weeeee lass. I even had a donut board at my wedding. And man oh man, I think I found my fave donut ever at fills. *CINNAMON CRULLER What's a cruller you ask? It's a fried pâte à choux pastry dipped in your pick of glaze. For my favorite donut I've ever had (so far in life) I chose cinnamon. I was heavily considering the maple but the gals at fills pointed me in this direction and damn. I'm so grateful they did. The pate a choux is super light and airy. Totally feels like you took a bite out of the great British bake off. The raspberry is very tart and delicious as well but TRUST me and get the cinnamon cruller *BRIOCHE RING Brioche donut ring, dipped in maple. good and massive. A heartier donut but no complaints here *DUTCH APPLE PIE Such a fun donut idea! This is a house-made donut with apple butter, cinnamon glaze AND cinnamon streusel. Pop this in mic for 7 seconds and tastes like your mom made it. *S'MORES Lemme tell you, I'd love some more of this toasted marshmallow pastry cream. The dip is a Valrhona dark chocolate ganache and it tastes like legit dark choc. A little bitter but I love that. Garnished with cinnamon graham crumb & a toasted marshmallow which was "intense" like camping.... get it? In tents... anyways +We tried all the diff types of donuts, but they also have savory snacks as well. Such as breakfast sammys, burgers, and chicken sandos. All made with their sig recipe for the buns. Perhaps we will try this in the future.

Stopped by to pick up donuts for our road trip and to take back a taste of Portland to our home. Very friendly service and a fun selection of filled donuts. Our top favorites were- Salted Caramel Brownie, Chocolate Hazelnut and the Boston Cream Pie.

It was a nice little surprise to find this place this morning right down the street from where I live in LO. How have I been missing out for an entire year?? Do I live under a rock? (possibly)Anyways, these donuts not only look and sound amazing, but they taste fantastic as well. I’ve always been a big fan of any kind of “filled” donut, and this place has that technique nailed down to a science. They have such unique flavor profiles (both sweet and savory) that they are sure to be giving even Blue Star a run for their money!I had the luxury of trying three different donuts this morning:- Oregon Berry, similar to your classic jelly filled, but oh so much tastier- Maple Bacon Butterscotch - hello! did someone really just say butterscotch??! sign me up… twice!- Everything Bagel - yes, I know, this sounds a little “out there”, but you’re just going to have to trust me on this one, because it’s positively DIVINE!I do have to agree with what one other Yelper said, that the filling-to-donut ratio might have been a little underwhelming on the filing side. However I think that the flavor and quality of the donuts themselves makes this a non-factor and not worth deducting any stars over.So all in all, I give this a strong 5 out of 5 experience! And I will definitely be back soon to try some of their other exciting flavor concoctions, and maybe even the donut bun burger… (hey, the reviews say they are great!)So until next time Fills, you keep doing you, cause you do you pretty well!

Best donuts I've ever had! Breakfast sandwiches end at 11:30 though FYI!

The donuts were very good and pretty big I shared it with three other people and we got two of each donut in three flavors. I would say that the donuts needed more filling in my opinion; all of them were pretty scarce, so it was mostly just dough. The maple bacon was definitely my favorite with the filling butterscotch being just enough lightness to counter the savoryness of the bacon and the glaze sweetness. The workers were very attentive and very nice

After they closed there Portland location, I was worried I may never get to experience Fills. Thankfully, we had an appoitment that was across the street from their Lake O location. Deciding what to try was a huge challenge as all sounded delicous. Thankfully, all was yummy. We had the Pink Lemonade, Everything Bagel, Hazelnut and a cruller. I loved how light all the donuts were, but surpisgly I think I enjoyed the Bagel the best. It was so light, and had a chive filling in the middle. I was surpised to learn they offer lunch and alcohol. Would love to return for lunch

First heated of them at a Yelp Elite event but with all the other offerings, and my donut loving daughter not in tow, I booked marked them for a revisit. Today was that revisit! I had a Vanilla frosted cruller donut and she had a Chocolate Glazed. We loved them both and will have to be back again to try the filled donuts!

I ordered the "chick'n" sando and of course some donuts via DoorDash. My order arrived in a donut box, with the sando wrapped in paper inside. The sando was delicious with fresh toppings and tasty fried "chick'n." I tried the Oregon berry donut which was delightful, with none of the mass-produced donut flavor. You can really tell they use quality ingredients in the donuts. I still have to try the strawberry rhubarb and I have no doubt it will be fantastic. My only complaint is that the sandwich was pretty cooled off by the time it arrived even though delivery was prompt. Still, 5 stars, ya gotta try these donuts!

I can't get enough of Fills and I've only been for breakfasts - MUST try a burger there asap. It's literally on my todo list because the donut and breakfast sandwich are both so so good I can't imagine a savory burger...YUM. Speaking of savory, you need to try the everything bagel donut. It is quite literally *everything* to me. It's my new favorite donut in the metro area and that is high praise coming from a girl who is self proclaimed bagel and donut aficionado. It's my two favorite things turned into one and a must-try. It's a super small place so if it's busy I'd send one person in and let the other wait outside and get a table. Anything you order will be great and please your crowd I promise. Go! You will not be disappointed.

Wanted to try out their donut so went in. Donuts were good, different flavors. however for $4 per donut I was expecting something more. Too expensive for just this. Staff was friendly n good. Sadly won’t visit again for this price!
