I ordered 2 giant sandwiches and got charged for 2 giants.
I received 1 giant cut in half. Apparently 48$ for one sandwich. Employees don’t seem to be concerned with customer service or fulfilling clients orders.

Every other time I get JJ I get stale bread. I’m not sure why it’s been happening so often lately, it didn’t used to.
Half the time I go, the bread is crusted on the outside and so tough to bite through.
It sucks because I never have time during my 30 minute lunch to get a new one so I just gotta suck it up and eat extremely stale (at least a week old) bread.

Their resolution to making a wrap wrong was to make another wrap that was too disgusting to eat. I really think that it tasting of pickles this time was not an accident. They’ve lost my trust and my business.

Freaky Fast is right! Their bread is heaven on earth.
I keep giving this place chances, but every time I go here, I get the weakest sandwich ever; It always looks so sad. I got the Cubano and it had a two slices of meat, 2 slices of cheese with 2 small bacon slices for 12 bucks. From the outside I couldn’t even see the fillings. Next time I’ll just drive the extra 10 minutes to Jersey Mikes.

loads of staff there and still leave you sitting waiting and keep the wrap behind counter until i had to ask where was my wrap. staff seem to be in their own world. wasnt great wrap either

I don’t typically write reviews but it had been a while since coming back to Jimmys and to my surprise there was only three thin slices of turkey on my sandwich. I understand shrinkflation is real but it was significantly less turkey than I remember and no more jimmy mustard!! So sad….wont be coming back
