I ordered 2 dozen vanilla sprinkle donuts for my wedding, months in advance. I did a phone call order and gave them all the information, paid and tipped them, and confirmed all the details. Somewhere and somehow the order date was placed a week ahead. The day they had written down to pick up my order they called me 2x and cancelled. I was at work, in healthcare during a global pandemic and missed the calls. I eventually saw their voicemail and called, never getting a call back....read full review
The icing and cake were very strange. kinda off and not very good. The icing was very very salty tasting and the cake had a weird after taste.
After it defrosted it was really quite stale by the evening.
Really a big disappointment.

The pumpkin pie is always the first dessert to go, and the gluten-free family raves about it. The crust is the best ever and you would never know it’s GF. The service is 5 stars. These are the best gluten-free cinnamon rolls ever, no comparison. The chocolate ding dong is also delicious and exactly what was remembered eating as a kid. Vegan options are also available, with creative and thoughtful desserts that rotate weekly, such as vegan hand pies and cupcakes. The VEGAN CHOCOCO NUT LOVE cupcake, with its vegan fudge cake, coconut pecan caramel filling, and coconut caramel mousse frosting, is a standout. They do professional work and quickly respond to emails. Guests were so excited for the wedding cake with each tier a different flavor. Kyra's Bake Shop is sure to satisfy. They made a dream cake come to life for a celestial wedding. The Lavender cake with Marionberry Jam filling and Marionberry Buttercream frosting haunts in the best way. The YETI BARS!!! OMG! Guests raved about how delicious everything was, and it all looked amazing as well. They were especially impressed that all of it was gluten-free. It's rare to find a gluten-free baker that can do what Kyra and her team do every day. It was totally worth it. Kyra worked with us during our tasting and again in decorating the cake to produce something that was exactly what we wanted.
