The grilled cheese and soup are a must! But the breakfast burrito was absolutely disgusting and what pork belly was in it was so over satled... I will be back for the grilled cheese definitely though!

I love Laredo and today was the first time I tried a sandwich I didn’t care for. I got their latest chefwich. It’s a pork tamale sandwich basically. The outside of the tamale in bread is just too much bread. The sandwich also didn’t hold up well especially when dunked in the pazole dip. Flavor was good and the dip was good but it just doesn’t work. What saved it was their great beer selection. Love ya!

My go to order here is to order online for takeout their Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. I make a few modifications to it to get it to my liking, no onions and no honey. Then I add some bbq sauce to this and it is delicious!

Lardo’s sandwiches - regardless of location - have always been, and still are, meh. But yet, very expensive.
So maybe they use quality ingredients (not likely the ingredient quality matches the price), but still the sandwiches have lots of flavor but no harmony between the flavors.
The bread is boring as it gets (ciabatta for a banh mi, are you joking?), and generally things seem more concerned with size and quantity, not being actually good or crave-worthy. It’s almost as if this chain started in LO and then went to Portland, not the other way around.
Great sandwiches, but come hungry and ready for a greasy meal!
Love the staff and food. Not too fancy but that’s also part of the charm. Only reason service isn’t 5 star is you order at register and bus own tables. Otherwise, it’s highly recommended.

We ordered the chicken sandwich, it came drenched in bbq sauce to point that it was not edible. We tried to ask for a basic grilled cheese instead, however, they refused to take it back. If you’re cool with your food swimming in sauce and rude employees, this is the place for you!

Food was good, but I tried eating outside and was overwhelmed by flies. Went inside and was overwhelmed with bad music. Service was “buss your own tables”

What happened to this place??? I hadn’t been in years and was sorely disappointed. Only giving one star because I know they can do way better, they used to be so good and, even though it was never cheap, I never feel ripped-off. Did they sell out to a corporation? Feels like it, sadly

This place tries to look like local quaint sandwich shop but it's a soulless destination.
The burger was... a pile of meh between buns. But the prize for most disappointing goes to the fries. First of all they were cold and not crispy. And for $6 you get this depressingly small cup. For that price I was expecting to have enough to share with someone but it wasn't even enough for one person.
I've worked restaurants before and fries don't cost much. They're selling 10 cents of cold fries for six bucks.
This place is a hard pass unless you enjoy overpriced meh.
