Love your burgers, hate your app. I put in two refund requests through the app over a month ago and haven’t heard a single. It seems like it is managed by a third party or ignored. Willing to change rating.

we ordered burgers almost every week. Quality overall is good other than they forgot to take onions out when we requested. And online order is always few minutes late than estimated time which is 20 mins . very delayed than on-site order which is only 10 mins . We used to give good tips now we stopped it . Could online order service be improved?

I wish this location not get closed due to under staffing . It is my son’s favorite sunday place to pick up his lunch。 obviously there are staffing issues. My online order is running over 15 minutes late today than estimated time

Id give it more stars if I didn't need to eat two burgers. It gets ? because of that. The burger itself is wonderful! Like a home cooked burger.

Prices too jacked up. Asked for extra sauce on the burgers and they had little to none. Staff wasn’t friendly. Had better experience at the other locations.

Ordered for 2 of us. No one else in the restaurant. 4 workers. We sat at the picnic tables outside. After 20 minutes went in to ask about our food. It was justing sitting on the counter. Altho there were 4 people working and none of them working on anything, they couldn't bring us our food or tell us it was ready or anything

Tried again. Cashier chose to have a convo with someone not ordering instead of pay any attention to the customer waiting to order, at the area labeled "place order here" Most little big burgers are good. This one is not. Based on my visits I have to assume this location doesn't have a manager. Not once I have been to this location and the workers are spending the majority of their time doing food stuff. Only 2 workers this time unlike last time

Had my first little big burger and it was just very mediocre I feel. The “catsup” tasted weird and there was so much mayo and toppings on my burger that it made it soggy.Ordered a root beer float, the cup wasn’t filled all the way and was more ice cream than soda, l was also given the wrong soda.Just not a happy customer at all and not planning to return.

10/10 someone had stole my online order and they were extremely apologetic, and made it fresh within 15 minutes (had two meals so that’s AWESOME) everyone’s so nice here!
