Staff rude, very slow, nothing but excuses! Has been this way for a year. Poor management!!!
The Lake Oswego McDonald's has the worst customer service! After allowing 2 cars in front of us to wait in drive thru for 10 min, the shift lead told us to wait in parking lot when our turn. After waiting another 4 min in parking lot, my husband went inside and the shift lead told him he wasn't going to make our food. He hadn't even started it. But, he took our money.
