Typical and usual menu, online, electronic on-site or counter ordering, food delivered to the table. Lost my phone. It was safe at the counter and returned promptly. Clean restrooms.

A large Hispanic staff very long waits to get served at counter . Language barrier.
The atmosphere is usually tense due to a long wait time.

What a joke, I was the only person in the place, took 10 minutes to get my food. I know they prioritize drive thru and that's fine but you gotta take care of the walk in people too, that wait was crazy for a McDonald's. I wouldn't be going there if I weren't in a bit of a hurry, freakin' ANNOYED man

Manager was great when the app messed up my order. Very good day because of her.

Sunney is awesome. Personable and thorough. Made sure my order was 100% before handing it over.

Drive-through in general has been pretty speedy even during lunch rush.

Only negative is the prices

You place your order through the drive-thru and they make you wait for a coffee in the parking lot, so it's better for the other to order at the register.

I placed a mobile order in advance to save time and streamline the process. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. After going through the drive-thru, I was handed the wrong order—no verification of my name or confirmation of the items, just a bag and a quick goodbye.

By the time I realized the mistake, I was already back on the road. It’s frustrating when the convenience of ordering ahead is undermined by a lack of attention to detail. A simple double-check would have made all the difference. I guess that’s on me too for not checking the order before leaving.
