After a long day on the road, I ordered a custom pizza to be delivered. The receipt matched my order....what was in the box was wrong! So very wrong.... So much so I'm allergic to the ingredients!!! Thanks for turning my stomach when I finally was able to sit down and eat. Double check what you put out. Doesn't take but a second to double check.

We had a huge party of about 30 adults and children. The ladies working there were only two. They took every order first and then made all our food in a hurry. Everyone was eating pretty much at the same time or close. We did take up most of the Desi’s eating but not all of it. They did a great job accommodating a large party. They must be used to the large groups. Very professional and calm.

A nice shop, but definitely not what I would call a satisfying "pizza" by any standards I know. The only thing thinner than the crust was the flavor of the toppings. The only thing that can be termed "generous" is the price you're asked to pay for the pizza.

While the pizza is always delicious, in person service at this place is becoming beyond frustrating. Priority is always given to app orders, and if you go in person it is so frustrating to wait while 5 pizzas are made for every one in person. We waited 20 minutes tonight to order and there were only 3 people in front of us. 40 minutes before we had our pizza and an empty restaurant.
The employees must be over worked too because they seem to do everything but make eye contact with the hungry customers.

Don’t know if it was our ordering or what, but we both felt the pizza was not as good as usual…kinda bland. Plus they didn’t have any Marion berry lemonade, which is one of the reasons we like MOD. Also, it was 9:45pm (close at 10) and everything was pilled up in the dinning area for cleaning. There was a big group using most of the fixed seating so we ended up going outside to eat.

Went in for a simple Dominic pizza. When the girl finished adding the toppings i asked her if she could put sausage on there, as it is a standard topping for that pizza. She point to the pizza and said “its on there” and then sent it down the line.
Im not sure how someone can look at an uncooked pizza with no meat on it and try to convince me there was sausage. Honestly it was such a strange interaction, i won’t be back. I am still scratching my head.
kept on getting leaves in my red sauce when told not to multiple times. dropped my pizza, and horrible manners/customer service

I walked and was kind of greeted by a pizza maker who seemed frantically distracted as they made a salad. I patiently waited about 5 minutes, but they never got to me. That wasn't the reason I left, however. I left because as I stood at the counter waiting, I noticed that the counter was quite a mess. It was as messy as they were frantic. There were pizza toppings and sauce drippings everywhere. The person didn't have on gloves either. As I waited, I pictured myself hours later feeling sick from some of the germs and bacteria from the counter, and I turned and immediately yet calmly walked out of there. She didn't call for me to return, and she never did stop what she was doing. I love MOD as a quick dinner snack, but I likely won't return to this store until they clean up and hire help.

Slowest Mod Pizza anywhere. Took ten minutes to get one person ordered, not served just ordered. Four people all working just walking around behind the counter doing nothing. Walked out when it was fifteen minutes and the second customer started to get ordered and they went back to the first. Been to lots of mods, won't come back to this one.
