One worker was working on a peak day. The wait time was 30 min for a single green juice. Furthermore, her attitude created an unwelcome and uncomfortable environment. I am gagged at the quality of the service.

Second time in a row that I've arrived 45 minutes before "closing at 5pm" to locked doors and staff shaking their heads at us saying that they're not taking any more orders for the day. Save your time and money, plenty of other juice/smoothie stores in the area with better service, pricing, and offerings.

Been loving this place, I order the PB mocha most days. Friendly staff, the owner always remembers my order. Love that they use real ingredients.
The first time I went here I got an Açaí PB bowl. When I realized the banana was unripe and inedible the lady kindly replaced it with blueberries. Unfortunately, my next two visits didn't turn out so well. I tried the Health Nut and PBJ smoothie and both tasted like unripe banana with milk. Not only did I spend $9-10 on bad drinks but I ended up with a tummy ache from the unripe fruit.

They forgot a spoon with my door dash order and it's even on the receipt. I'm working out in the field and now cannot eat my lunch. Or use my fingers....so annoyed

I really do love this place and because I've gone to many other Nekters, I know how great their service can be. I've gone a few times to this one and while they always seem to be out of a few things, their service has always made up for it. today they were out of quite a bit, and usually they offer to compensate for it by adding more fruit or something. today was not that day. it was the saddest bowl i've ever had and the toppings were nonexistent. the bowl was not filled, and it was disheartening paying $13 for the complete opposite of what you'd expect.

I loved this place and wish i could give it five stars but since changing ownership this past year it's gone down hill. They are constantly out of stock of key ingredients which makes the orders not as tasty. The employees are so sweet and I hate that they have to be the ones to explain. I do hope it gets better. I'd love to give them five stars in the future.
