Went for my birthday, the appetizers and dessert was great, drink was decent, dinner was not very good. Service was excellent. Cute place. Make reservations or you may not get in or have to eat at the pizza bar!

My wife and I had dinner here on Tom Grant Tuesday as Tom was playing music during dinner. It was great to see and hear him in action as he played at our reception over two decades ago. We had a chance to chat with him and snapped a photo. Dinner was great as was the service. We will definitely be back again on Tom Grant Tuesday!

We visit Nicoletta's at least twice a month, took guests last Saturday and were very disappointed and embarrassed. Our server was unattentive, the boy who delivered our food almost threw it on our table. The people sitting next to us were screaming so much so our server had a hard time taking our order. The toast that came with the Cioppino and lasagna was soft and gummy, unable to eat. This evening was such a disappointment after years of enjoying the food and ambience at Nicoletta's.

First time here, nice dining area, good service and food was very good. The only negative was another couple near our table had an awful lot of cologne on and it was very overwhelming. Once they left it was much better!

Was excited to try this place, but the lady at the front was rude. We left to go elsewhere.

The Ragu was excellent, had a lot going on, some crunchy but slightly caramelized and sweet onion, lamb that had been slow cooked to perfection, some mushrooms that had been cooked to about the ideal consistency and moisture content all in a creamy sauce that coats penne noodles that have been cooked to a chewy al dente. The minestrone was a little bland but a little bit of salt elevated it to a solid standing.

Took my boyfriend her for our first valentines day date and i deeply regret not going to the Bugatti’s down the street. That places is much nicer that this with better food and the service is immensely superior. But. I live next door and Thought it would be nice spot for a romantic date. Sadly the hostess ruined the evening. We had a reservation. When we showed up there was maybe one table sat. Tons of open seats all over. Yet she sits us at the horrible spot next to the bathroom and the kitchen. Do not even know why they have a table there it was that god awful.I politely asked if we had to sit there as i absolutely did not want to sit practically in the kitchen under bright white lights. Hostest said they were too booked with reservations. I almost turned around and walked out but didnt want to make a scene and ruin the night completely. But the entire night it ate away at the experience and ill now always have this horrible feeling of embarrassment frustration as part our first valentines day together.Like it just completely ruined the romantic vibe and made me just want to get the hell out of there. All i wanted to do was go home. I was so irritated looking at a the couples being sat after us in nicer areas having such a great time. Will never trust this place with a holiday dinner again let a lone a take out order. The table was literally along a glass wall with the kitchen right there.Gave me anxiety the entire time having the entire kitchen staff practically a part of our date.I specifically chose a place that had dim lighting as i cant stand bright lights yet we were completely blinded by these horrible kitchen lights. Not only that but the entire hour we were there there were tons of two tops in our section that were in dimly lit nice areas that would have been lovely to sit at. There was also an entire other room that had plenty of seats that stayed empty until we left. Did not understand why we got treated so poorly. We had a reservation like everyone else and showed up before 90% of the other two tops that got sat that got sat in much nicer areas. Like who decides where we sit? Is this one of those places you have to know the owner or be part of some elitist racist lake oswego club to be sat somewhere nice.It was so rude i am still bothered by it the next day. We still paid the same ridiculous over priced cost for some basic pasta and wine as everyone else but with none of the ambiance. I hope those hostesses are happy for ruining a moment by being control freaks incapable of accommodating the tiniest change to their seating chart.

This is literally my favorite place to eat when I'm back in Lake Oswego village. The scratch food is second to none, and they always create a great experience. Can't wait to get back!

Usually really like this place but a) they kept us waiting despite arriving on time for our reservation and b) the service was incredibly slow (the server at times seemed to be avoiding us). The food was great, but the service left a lot to desire and I'll rethink going there at lunch on a Friday again.

Excellent service. Food was great - the Osso Bucco was amazing! And the Butterscotch Bundido was to die for. My wife decided she would happily have eaten a few servings of the Bundido!

Understanding it was Valentines Day....our table of 5 was in the back corner behind the pizza oven next to a kitchen/pantry door that was continually used. I made this reservation weeks ago, and was surprised we got this bad location. Food as always was great.

The meal was incredible, best ravioli ever and the restaurant was decorated beautifully for Valentine's Day! Our service was impeccable and it rates high on our list of favorite dinners! Thanks to Courtney and Team for making our dinner perfect!
