Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I ordered an entree and kids meal online. They called at the time my order was supposed to be ready to inform me that they actually didn't have any lasagna. I chose ravioli as a replacement and it was terrible! Breadsticks were old & dry too. I'm not sure if this was a bad night (?) or the new standard, but the experience left me very disappointed.

Sat at the bar and watched football, food was great and the bar tender was excellent.

Waiting for basic utensils is already inconvenient, but being laughed at by a server afterward is not acceptable. I had to find a waiter myself, and his joke about eating with my hands came off as disrespectful rather than funny. Please remind staff that professionalism matters, especially with guests from different backgrounds.
And PLEASE buy some towels for the restroom, 3rd time here and ALWAYS NO TOWELS.
Will never come here again!

I had a great time with my friends, Luke was an amazing server and was honestly one of the best ones I’ve ever had. I pray that he continues to do great things and that he’ll get a raise!

Normally I have a great experience. Except for one waiter one time. Heavier set Caucasian guy. I want to say his name was nate or something.

TIM is always on point. Best waiter ever!!!

This last time we went. We ate all got sick to our stomachs lastnight. My son, missed school today cause of it. We all got massively sick.
