The rooms have wall AC units that are very noisy and hallway noise is loud in the rooms. We got no sleep due to the noise and tried two Different rooms. The shower floors are like glass and very slippery. Dangerous, actually. The restaurant was good for breakfast.

James is fantastic. Brittany was great and fun. My only complaint, the pens do not always work.

Housekeeping? Not really. Not much. I even talk to the manager and the head of housekeeping, but no one really seem to care. Otherwise, this place is fine. But especially given the era of Covid that we’re in, you would think they would care more about cleanliness. Given there are several other hotels in the area, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

This is a basic hotel. The welcoming staff were nice and helpful. But housekeeping? The first night the bed wasn’t even made. The sink and counters weren’t ever cleaned. Cups and extra coffee had to be requested. A quiet room had been requested, but I was put on the freeway side of the building. There are several hotels in the area. Not sure I’d choose to stay here again.

Tatum, the front desk clerk, was so helpful and professional and made my stay so much better. When I needed help with my breakfast voucher she made it happen. She should get a promotion and a raise ASAP.

We came to the Portland-Lake Oswego Crowne Plaza because of a kids sporting competition, and it was pet friendly plus the pool and hot tub. Our restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, but several of the front desk staff were obstinate in their unhelpful-ness. At check-in, they didn’t have the correct information and thus were unwilling to speak to us until we adjusted the reservation via phone and central booking. We felt so unwelcome that we opted to make the administrative adjustments from the car, rather than stay in the expansive lobby under the critical eye of front desk staff. I asked for change from the front desk staff, and it was suggested that I could either go across the street to the bank or down the road to the gas station. The restaurant staff graciously helped me and gave a questioning and surprised looked when I reiterated that the front desk suggested this was a “cash free premises.” We enjoyed the physical amenities, but the front desk staff definitely dampened our enjoyment.

I really liked this hotel. Clean...nice rooms and friendly staff. I would stay here again. Beautiful lobby area. Breakfast was not that good but everything else was great! We were upgraded to suite and that was very nice.

The staff here was so great. Special mention to James the bartender and Wendy. Both are huge assets to your company. The room was comfortable and clean. I look forward to coming back. I will definitively

I booked and paid my room through a reliable third party with a guaranteed rate. When I checked in the hotel accepted the reservation and the rate paid. When we checked out there was an additional $10.00 added to our bill/charged our card for nightly parking. When we approached the front desk and asked why, their reply was that "everyone in the area charges for parking." I have stayed in nearly every hotel around them and have never been charged a "parking fee. When I challenged the front desk person about this, their reply was..."well, it is posted everywhere that we charge for nightly parking." This is nothing short of a money grab by the hotel management. It is dishonest to accept a booking rate and then alter it after checkout without consulting the customer.

The room is thoughtful and comfortable, amenities are WONDERFUL, restaurant, bar, gym, really beautiful pool, lots of places to sit and work or relax, and well designed, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Clean, well appointed rooms, good location and access to 405. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast not included with the room but the food and service were great. We'd stay there again!

My girlfriend and I were checked in by Mark. 10-15mins after arriving to our room we got knock on the door by the Lake Oswego Police. The officer explained to us that the hotel staff had concerns of prostitution taking place in our room, and had thought that my girlfriend was a possible prostitute. After several questions the officers concluded that obviously the hotel staff were 100% completely wrong and apologized for the disturbance. My girlfriend recalled Mark had been staring at her throughout our check in, our only obvious conclusion was that Mark was behind this horrible outrageous accusation. The rest of the evening was ruined and my girlfriend spent the night crying, getting no sleep. The next morning I complained to the general manager Lee. Lee was very cold and did not seem sympathetic at all, almost like she didn’t believe me. She didn’t even offer a late check out at the minimum, I had to request more time to let my girlfriend sleep. Top to bottom this was a horrible experience that was uncalled for, we will never be staying there ever again!

The bar tender went out of his way to help me. My car has a wind break that covers the back seat. I took the piece out of the car and he stored it for me so I would not have to go back to the room. Then we were late getting back from dinner, he stayed until we got back. As expected from the Crown Plaza. The best service.

Crown Plaza has helpful, friendly staff and a nice breakfast menu. They are back to offering full housekeeping services - a luxury we haven’t had at any hotel since spring of 2020. Very reasonable rates and great location with a relaxing lobby and bar area. Will stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, contemporary with a great staff, nice bar and pool. Just needs some EV chargers. Easy location with many good restaurants around, including pizza, Mediterranean, and Indian. The pool is both indoor and outdoor. About 10 to 15 minutes to downtown via freeway without too much traffic.
