We had a wonderful dinner with delicious food and exemplary service. Vivian was hands-down one of the very best servers EVER!!!

It was my wife, Robin, and my 21st Anniversary. We had a very nice experience. Robin mentioned that her prime rib was better than the last time we celebrated a special event at The Ringside. We are already agreeing that the next time that we are clebrating something special, The Oswego Grill will be where we will go. Oh! The servie staff even gave us a very fancy desert! Super Yum!
Oswego Grill is my family's stand by for family dinners out. There is something for everyone there and they are very accommodating for personal requests, whether they are food allergy related or preference. Staff is always nice and management present. They are reliably a great place to go.
I've eaten here many times and have always been happy - until now. While the wait staff was attentive at first, once we ordered, no one came by to check on the four of us. It took more than an hour to get our food and I had to flag down our waitperson to check on it then it came right out- not very hot and not very good. It was a huge disappointment for all of us.
Top notch
We had a group of 5 at the bar. It took forever for the cocktail waitress to acknowledge us. When she got to our table, she told us we can't sit there. The table is too small. But it's open seating in the bar and we were comfortable with all five of us at the same table. Realizing we weren't going to leave, she asked for our ID. Two of us didn't bring ID because we weren't going to order drinks. The waitress managed to ask us to leave and eat at the dining room. It was 60 minute wait at the dining room and the bar was completely empty. We left and went to another resturant nearby instead.
Nice outdoor patio with this nice weather great food and great service even out on the patio where places often forget you for awhile they do not😎👍

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. We ate here on a vacation, and it was the best place we went to! It was speedy service and phenomenal food!
