Ordered Grubhub and the restaurant forgot to put an entire order in the bag. Ordered the missing order for the second time and it was delivered ice cold with the new receipt stapled on the old receipt. They didn’t even bother to give me fresher food. On top of that, the entire bag was covered in grease at the bottom. 100% the restaurants fault, poor Grubhub driver

Service was fine but man what in the world they are stingy with the chicken i got honey sesame and half of it was only breading no chicken. Do not eat at this panda unless you eat some thing where the meat is visible. Really disappointing

I sent one of my employees here to pick up a mobile order. Instead of giving my staff the order or reaching out to me to confirm it was okay to hand over food they interrogated him about not have a confirmation number and not looking like the person named on the order. I supplied my staff with the order number once requested but customer service leaves much to be desired. They should have reached out to the number provided on the order if uncertain.

Went this afternoon to get a quick bite to eat at Panda Express #1689- Owen greeted us with a smile and asked if we'd like to sample any of what they had! He was able to answer all our questions about the different chicken and beef selections. He offered us a sample of the different lemonades and teas. It was overall a wonderful dining experience! Thanks, Owen!! Excellent customer service! I had the Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice, which tasted so good and hit the spot! My son had the Orange and Kung Pao chicken with Chow Mein. It was fire!
