Wow! Not sure what’s happened with this location. I thought the last few recent reviews were just anomalies but…not. We’ve been waiting for our food for now 30 minutes. Finally coming out. Someone needs to work with this crew about customer service and closing earlier than advertised. Maybe that’s why food is late? Panda corporate: please help!!
The truth is that I was previously very good, but today boybi air really bad choice, a person served me 1 slow 2 medium a pittance of food as if I was ordering I don't agree thank you....

Slow. 12:30 peak lunch hour, but only 5 cars ahead of me, yet it took over 20 minutes.

This is a popular chain as far as fast food restaurants go, but there's almost no customization you can do to an order. If you need to leave something off or have any special requests they'll tell you it can't be done. This is a real bummer if someone has food allergies or needs to leave something off. Employees aren't super helpful when telling you this, they're basically just toting the company line telling you they can't leave the sauce off or whatever else the request is. It's a real bummer, but from what I was told that's a mandate from corporate.Dietary restrictions: When I asked about potentially leaving stuff off due to dietary restrictions they told me it couldn't be done and made it sound like it was a mandate from corporate. So not everyone in our party was able to eat there, which sucked. As a result I probably won't be back ever. Most other restaurants have been due can leave stuff off if you need. It's rare these days to find a place that won't work with someone when they have dietary restrictions.Parking: The parking what was kind of a pain to get into compared to other stores and restaurants nearby. There was enough parking, but it seems like you should have been able to drive straight and instead you had to go around.
A very short Hispanic women didn’t understand English. I had to repeat myself three times. And I didn’t understand when she spoke to me. My boyfriend was with me and he said she doesn’t speak English. That’s why she just standing there looking at you. Oh brother! I didn’t want to be mean so I just smiled and hopefully she got it. But I had to point at the food I wanted. She was mad. I think this is worse one I ever been to compared to all over CA vs OR.I did the best I could. We won’t be back.
Consistently the worst panda I have ever been to. Small portions, long long long waits, and staff that dgaf. Baja next door has excellent customer service, great food, shorter wait times, and huge portions - much better option.

I came in on 12/22/2023 and have been coming fairly consistently to this location since 2020. I noticed what seems to be a complete overhaul of the operations and quality of ingredients . The staff were super... friendly, efficient, and seemed like veteran Panda Express staff. Everyone seemed to be enjoying what they were doing and the food was some of the best I've ever had in the category of 'fast food'. Maybe there's an A-team that works Friday nights, or the regional manager was in the house (or they just stepped things up after a couple recent bad reviews). Whatever it is, this level of quality and service outshines every other experience I've had at a Panda Express (and most other places at this price-point in the LO/Tigard/Tualatin area).

I only come to this one for the drive thru. Past 4 of 4 times my order is wrong, missing sauce wrong orders, messed up noodles and rice with the entree and entire entrees missing. Train employees to pay attention and double check food before handing it out to your customers.
