We had our first visit to Pho PT in Lake Oswego, and it definitely won’t be our last! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and comforting. Perfect timing too, now that the weather has started to cool down!
What really made our experience extra special was the service. Andy was the friendliest and most pleasant server we've had in a long time. He made us feel so welcome and taken care of—it truly added to the whole experience.
This place is a gem, and we’re so happy we found it. Can’t wait to come back and make it one of our regular spots!

Cozy food and Delicious. I think they are slightly more expensive due to the location in LO.
But it’s not outrageous. I’d say this place is top 3 Pho place in the neighborhood.

This place is not the same as it was. I miss the old place Pho Lavang. The spicy beef noodle soup was not that spicy, there was not much meat, and the noodles are too slimy. They don't have the BBQ Pork Pho anymore. And the chicken fired rice did not have any flavor. Unfortunate😔

We had the fresh rolls (salad rolls) with shrimp and they were excellent. The peanut sauce was amazing. The shrimp fried rice and pho with brisket were great too.

I order here yesterday thru door dash delivery! Too bad the noodles that they give to us for my pho is uncooked. Kinda disappointed ☹️

Food was ok- spicy beef was bland. Server didn't check on me after leaving the food. Place was clean.

Things I liked:
1. Place is extremely clean
2. The sever was very polite
3. service was quick
4. They have vegetarian options.
I ordered Vegetarian noodle soup, my wife ordered Vegetarian Pho
5. Their Pho is extremely good and feels Theurapatic for your throat in Portland Gray rainy weather.
6. price is ok $30 for 2 not bad.
Things I didn't like
1. The chili oil quantity was less
2. Like others the quantity of Tofu in my bowl were less
3. Parking is congested, I missed a turn and had to take the back alley and it didn't click the first time.

Food quality is great, but amount of protein is very disappointing. Service is excellent. My only issue is with the value and the quantity of the protein. I consider the price already slightly above value, which is ok, but why the extremely small portions of protein. I guess if you end up going, consider paying for additional protein in the dish.

I was disappointed also. Very small portions at least for a to go order. They don't provide a bowl like other Pho places do. They only have a small takeout box to mix your food in. Green onions are great, but with the small portion relative to the price, it is not worth my money or yours.
