Pine Shed Ribs and Barbecue

This place always warms my soul. I've never had anything I didn't love. We always take family from out of town here. We got lucky one day and we're able to chat with the owner about his food. You can tell he really puts his heart into what he's feeding people. Sure, they're out of items sometimes but, it's bbq, people. Show up early on a Friday and treat yourself to the best pastrami sandwich you've ever had!

Drove a long ways only to find out they were closed on a Thursday at 6:30pm when they are supposed to be open. So frustrating.

Had to make a review because the 4.5 star review is baffling to me. I got the most dry brisket sandwich I ever had with a pitiful amount of sauce, and a side of some gym sock watery mac and cheese. Good atmosphere and service though.

First timer and tried the loaded Chopped Chicken Sandwhich with the White Cheddar Mac N Cheese which was excellent! Bun was good, chicken was not dry, just enough sauce & side was tasty. Side of pickles was a perfect touch. I met Will who took my order and he was a kind, helpful man. The space is beautifully landscaped. There are tables in the open (patio style) as well as covered space with tables. I will definitely come back and would hire them to cater for my next event! Thanks guys. ?

I work nearby and often come to this place for lunch. I love the 'atmosphere' - the hosts, the clientelle, the firepit on the patio, the American country music in the background - it all (plus a pint of IPA) helps me get through the rest of the day. It's not a fancy place for a fancy dining experience, but it has its own charm of simple American traditions.

I am always looking for a good Barbecue place and this is a great one! Speaking as a former Alabamian, the cornbread is delicious! The brisket and mac and cheese were also great. Tucked away in a nice little corner with a cute outdoor patio too. The service was very fast and friendly.

Best BBQ in the area easily, usually a line at opening. Brisket, beef and pork ribs, and tri-tip are all favorites here. Real smoke, and of you don't see any they are probably closed for the day.

A really good BBQ place for the area. Wasn't too busy inside, but parking was tight. The ribs and the sauce were really, really good. The cornbread was to die for, but I thought the coleslaw and mac n cheese were a little bland. Will definitely be going back for the meat and cornbread!

BBQ was ok. A little dried out for what I had. Tri-tip and pulled pork. Also fairly pricey, but that seems to be the norm for BBQ.
