Round Table Pizza

The pizza was not good. Usually love round table but it’s definitely gone down hill. Also bit into a short piece of metal wire that was in a slice. Disturbing!

Some of my favorite pizza in the Portland area. Great food for a good price. Service is really slow but it’s worth the wait. Great atmosphere and super family friendly.

Do not ever order from here if you expect them to honor their promise times.
Ordered an hour and a half before pick up time. Arrived 5 minutes before carryout time to find that they havent even started to make it. Why even bother to have a pick up time if you're going to blatantly ignore it.
No matter what you order and when, it'll always be at least twenty minutes late.

Pizza is good, but the layout is strange. A kids’ arcade directly next to a visible bar doesn’t feel family-friendly or well planned. Separating those spaces would improve the atmosphere a lot.

Went in on New Year's eve. They were extremely busy. Crew was working hard but many customers were not considerate, some downright rude. I appreciate that the crew was trying and would hope our neighbors would be kinder next time.

So we walked in at 7:20 p.m. with a $60 dollar gift card. 45 minutes later we got our pizza, 15 minutes after that we got mozzarella sticks and 20 minutes after that they gave us the garlic twists. They really unfortunate thing was nobody wants apologized. I think this is their standard. this is the worst round table on the planet!

Horrible pizza now!!! Very disappointed in the food , looks like they have new owners , pizza was very very dry, no pizza sauce and vegetables were raw on my King Arthur Supreme, my favorite pizza , spent a lot for a large and wasn’t worth it

It was a nice experience. Got there close to closing time so it got a little loud, but not without approval. Management was kind enough to advise us that it was going to get loud and offered to wait until we were done if we required it.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP THEM. 4 people against a hundred pizzas while also counting tickets for the arcade game a line to the door while sally picks out 4 tootsie rolls. Seriously this place is insufferable. Corporate or whoever owns this franchise please, for the love of god HELP your employees!!! Men standing in line asking themselves why they even go there is an awful atmosphere. An hour wait on a pizza that takes 15mins to cook is disrespectful.

Saturday night, only one other customer, at least 6 people working behind the counter, and I say behind because there were tables needing cleaning ,but no one did so. Well ordered our two salad bars, and a small combo pizza $36, went to bar side to order a pitcher of beer, but all of the taps were warm, so I ordered two cans of beer $16, now we are $52 into a meal out for two, salad was great, beers were cold but very pricey, then the pizza came to the table, every thing was raw except for the cheese being melted, so we took it to the counter, there was NO APOLOGY, just an excuse and said we'll run it through one more time, we said no we just want our money back for the pizza, ok so they did, end of story right!
No, we preceded to finish our salads and a customer that witnessed this whole thing, came up to us as he was walking out with his to go pizza, and said I just wanted you to know that after you walked back to your table all the employees were laughing and making jokes about the situation. Well that pissed us off and we requested the manager, and they said no manager on site, oh ok so just all you kids here by yourselfs, well I don't believe that, so I believe the gal that finally came to the counter to pretty much laugh us off was the manager of all these kids working, and instead of setting a good work example to them and apologizing she was very rude and defensive, now on our bad we got upset and said a few curse words, well at that point she threw us out. Point is this is THE WORST ROUND TABLE I'VE EVER BEEN TOO!!
We will never go there again, but I will call during the day and talk to an adult manager or owner and let them know what is taking place there.

So I waited to write this bad review because I was hoping I was wrong the first time. Second strike and I'm out. If you pay for double pepperoni, it needs to be twice the pepperoni. And nothing more needs to be expressed about that. It's just Greedy. If you would like - charge more but it needs to be extra meat because it's paid for.
