Quiet Starbucks for the locals ...nice, peaceful and serene. Beautiful outdoor space. Great place to sit and relax with your laptop.

Jennifer with the glasses and long dark hair on the drive-through was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond. I asked for a sneeze of a pup cup for my tiny angle and she did just that and put it on a lid to make it more accessible. Bravo. Mission accomplished. No one else has ever been so clever.

This Starbucks is one of the most inviting I have been to. It is clean and well kept. My mocha was most excellent—just enough chocolate and coffee combined to make it totally delicious. The staff here is the most friendly, outgoing, and helpful that I have experienced. Obviously, the management team has done an excellent job in hiring and training their staff. I strongly recommend this location.

I wanted to change my original review. Initially gave Starbucks a three-star.
Because in my opinion Starbucks is similar to a Dunkin Donuts. It's not the best coffee out there but it is dependable consistent.
I think there's something to say when my favorite coffee place not reachable i tend to default to Starbucks. Why? Because I know what I'm going to get it never does fail you I can't even think of a time Starbucks has failed me except for not being the best.
So yes Starbucks you get a 4/5.

I always get the best lattes at the Starbucks. They seem to have a knack for forgetting the sweetness just right in my latte. Maddie was so nice and really cheered me up. She made a special effort to make my latte just right and add some humor in our conversation. I really appreciated how she treated it more like a local coffee shop in the way she interacted with me. Definitely made me want to come back.

Disappointed by the experience today. The store seemed understaffed, with one person rushing to do everything while two others stood by. After waiting much longer than usual for my mobile order, I asked for a refund but was given gift cards instead—which wasn’t what I asked for. When I requested a simple cup of ice, the response felt dismissive and annoyed. Regardless of the reason, the lack of customer service was frustrating and unacceptable.

Tough time following directions after several tries. I believe Starbucks needs to train their employees better. It’s on them. For example the difference between no room, light room, room and extra room. I ordered “room” 2 different times, second time asking for an “inch” and still was given a cup of coffee that had 1/4” room. I like my Americanos stronger so I prefer about an inch of room. Frustrating considering I paid $4.45 for the cup.
