Used drive-thru.
Disappointed by the experience today. The store seemed understaffed, with one person rushing to do everything while two others stood by. After waiting much longer than usual for my mobile order, I asked for a refund but was given gift cards instead—which wasn’t what I asked for. When I requested a simple cup of ice, the response felt dismissive and annoyed. Regardless of the reason, the lack of customer service was frustrating and unacceptable.

Tough time following directions after several tries. I believe Starbucks needs to train their employees better. It’s on them. For example the difference between no room, light room, room and extra room. I ordered “room” 2 different times, second time asking for an “inch” and still was given a cup of coffee that had 1/4” room. I like my Americanos stronger so I prefer about an inch of room. Frustrating considering I paid $4.45 for the cup.

Finally able to return to some Saturday morning meetings that were interrupted by Covid. Friendly service, relatively quick drink service considering the number of mobile app orders the staff process on an hourly basis. Nice to be back. So far, there is plenty of seating indoors and out.

Poor service. I spend hundreds a month at this place bc it’s in convenient proximity to my work, but after today, the person was rude enough - for no real reason - that likely I won’t be back. Coffee isn’t even good anyway, not worth the hassle of rude employees that hate their life not giving you the time of day and slamming the window in your face

Music uncomfortably loud. This is strip mall land so a more drivethrough focused location - drinks take a while inside as they focus on that. That's fine, but music inside was so loud I couldn't comfortably speak. I ducked in here to have a coffee and take a call and ended up doing it in my car instead as the 2000s pop hits were blaring so loudly they could be heard on the other end of the line.

Stuck in this drive through. Person taking order was awful. Out of everything. Super rude. And I’m stuck between a massive amount of cars for awful service. Worst Starbucks i’ve ever been to.

I wish I could put 0 stars. I went through the drive thru for my birthday reward. A worker named Josh told my friends and I that it was too busy and he cannot do 2 orders and to just venmo each other in a very rude tone. When we told him we could not do one order and asked to do two again, he just said whatever and quickly took out order almost cutting us off when we switched from the first order to the next. Overall, the tone and words said to us seem very inappropriate for a worker to say to a customer. From now on, I will not be going back to this location.
