Poor service. I spend hundreds a month at this place bc it’s in convenient proximity to my work, but after today, the person was rude enough - for no real reason - that likely I won’t be back. Coffee isn’t even good anyway, not worth the hassle of rude employees that hate their life not giving you the time of day and slamming the window in your face

Music uncomfortably loud. This is strip mall land so a more drivethrough focused location - drinks take a while inside as they focus on that. That's fine, but music inside was so loud I couldn't comfortably speak. I ducked in here to have a coffee and take a call and ended up doing it in my car instead as the 2000s pop hits were blaring so loudly they could be heard on the other end of the line.

Stuck in this drive through. Person taking order was awful. Out of everything. Super rude. And I’m stuck between a massive amount of cars for awful service. Worst Starbucks i’ve ever been to.

I wish I could put 0 stars. I went through the drive thru for my birthday reward. A worker named Josh told my friends and I that it was too busy and he cannot do 2 orders and to just venmo each other in a very rude tone. When we told him we could not do one order and asked to do two again, he just said whatever and quickly took out order almost cutting us off when we switched from the first order to the next. Overall, the tone and words said to us seem very inappropriate for a worker to say to a customer. From now on, I will not be going back to this location.

Turan is the hip college student in head-to-toe tie dye and John Lennon shades, snapping his fingers to music only he can hear. Steve is the middle-aged bald guy who seems to be perpetually chatting up the baristas and other patrons in a never-ending quest for a date. Etta is the cat lady browsing feline meme Instagram accounts and meowing at her phone. And Clyde - the loud construction worker who laughs heartily at his own jokes while the rest of the cafe awkwardly ignores him. Watch in awe as Danny sprinkles your Frappuccino with jazz hands flair between taking Claude's rambling orders. Hear Mary Ann belt out your name at opera-level volumes as Turan beatboxes nearby. And brace yourself for Felix's stand-up comedy routine as he takes Steve's over-the-top drink modifications in stride. Mattie the barista is amazing! I have never had anyone make me a pumpkin spice latte the way she made it for me today! I specifically wanted it half sweet and with her skill she made it happen by only adding 2.5 pumps of syrup! She made it just the way I've dreamed of having it. Savoring every minute of it today and definitely be asking for her on my next visit.
