I just came in today 12/20/23 and I asked for a carmel ribbon crunch frappe when I got it it was the wrong one like it was purposely done had all the Carmel ribbon crunch toppings and even drizzle but was pumpkin the cheese and plum sugar Danish was extremely stale I even tried to heat it up but wasn't even fresh! And was not worth 11$ also extremely slow service if anything have more then one person working that station I'd recommend going to the drive through Starbucks that's actually worth your time and money ?

Had a iced mocha and the coffee was burnt as usual Forgot order light roast The atmosphere was good The staff were friendly and polite Service was fast But Starbucks insists on serving such bitter dark roasted coffee and people who don't know any better put up with it Just hard to believe And so many stores, like a virus on better taste

need I say more? But the parking is great. The baristas were fast and accurate. They got our order right and gave us the correct amount left on our gift card.
Fast, friendly and great ice dopy and espresso. Sat outside to enjoy the trees and seating outside. Easy walk from holiday inn express .

I always hesitate to reviews chain establishments because they are usually so similar. This is an exception because of the outstanding service I always receive. They take even the most complex order with patience and a smile. They are quick to complete your order and when there was a slight delay, nothing out of the standard for a Starbucks, I received a drink for free for the wait. We were even offered a snack for the kids while we waited. Love this location!

This is a really nice Starbucks with good service and friendly staff. I often stop at this shop while shopping nearby. I still prefer a "real" Starbucks retail store to buying Starbucks inside a grocery store. While the latter is convenient, the retail stores have a larger selection of food and drinks.

Visited this Starbucks off I-5 in Tigard. Good service with quick baristas. Kalina served us today and was a very engaging employee, going the extra steps to check stock in back while busy. Drinks served tasty and with no delay. We'll run shop.
