This is easily the best Starbucks. The staff are so friendly, they remember you and are very helpful and informative especially with folks new to the area! Definitely get the feel of a local community in this store!

Thoroughly enjoyable Starbucks with a nice outdoor seating area and big floor- to ceiling windows giving it a bright feel.
Coffee is what you’d expect from a corporate chain, and same with the snacks (good enough). Will say that service was perfect.

I had the pleasure of stopping in today and being greeted by the absolute kindest staff. I was helped by a very helpful and engaged staff person named Peter who went out of his way to introduce me to a particular coffee. It was a real pleasure working with Phillip, and Starbucks did a great job in hiring Phillip as he is a real asset to the location. I really look forward to returning to this location regularly because of the great way I was treated by the staff, today! Thank you, Phillip! Ted (Mountain Park)

Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the barista who made my latte, but her kindness and passion for what she does truly made my day. It was just an ordinary latte from Starbucks, but her creativity made it so much more enjoyable. Thank you! ☺️

Had to leave my iced coffee order once again today, bc 15 min was not enough time for one of the three staff present to pour the chilled coffee from the pitcher to a cup, and I was going to be late for work-I get that they make drinks in order and many order on line -BUT when there is no one in the store and two staff are stocking, and I, the only customer waiting, am only getting an iced coffee, seems like one of the two staff stocking could just grab it for me/Should not be a 15 min order in an empty store that is fully staffed-

The people are perfectly friendly, but unfortunately since the way the company does frappuccinos changed again, this location specifically seems to have a really hard time making a decaf frappuccino. Other locations mostly no issue, but here they've often been confused by it or tried to give me a creme frappuccino when I clearly order coffee variants just sans caffeine. When they do get it right, somehow it still comes out tasting anemic and bland. It's a convenient and enjoyable location, but if you're an obligate decaf drinker, you might have better luck sticking to hot or classic iced beverages if you choose to stop at this location.

How disgusting is Starbucks you know that each of there locations is allowed to charge you different prices even if the store is a mile away from another Starbucks. How is this allowed when I call cyst service there aware won't let you talk to a manager keep you on hold for 15 mins come back say managers are aware of this I'm just going to give you a 5 dollar gift card. lol this is a monopoly of a company. What awful business practices. Hopefully people start boycotting Starbucks and wake up n see you pay different prices at all locations. This down right wrong and horrible!

WOW! Bad doesnt even come close. I've never seen anything like it 3 people behind the counter, no one waiting for drinks. I stood there for about 5-6 minutes while one turned away from me and started washing a machine, another never looked up, appeared to be cleaning something, and the third was chatting on the phone. When a group of two people came in behind me the workers continued chatting, and then a few minutes later asked if I would like to order. I like to be patient for people, but at least acknowledge that I exist, look up, say something, maybe "I'll be with you in just a few minutes, or ten.... something....

This starbucks is the best starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas are amazing! They are attentive and detail orientated and are genuinely glad to help the customers with their request whether it is a mobile request or an in person request. Amazing and consistent. Kat is especially awesome, she goes above and beyond to make the guest experience a good one.

This used to be my favorite store but it has quickly become worse and worse. I am not sure what is happening here. I am not even that picky at all but every drink we get lately is just wrong ? and the staff is so rude and literally mean. Like I get it, customer service is a terrible job but I am a nice person. And I am happy to give large tips. Mitch is always stellar as usual but he's not always there.
