The people are perfectly friendly, but unfortunately since the way the company does frappuccinos changed again, this location specifically seems to have a really hard time making a decaf frappuccino. Other locations mostly no issue, but here they've often been confused by it or tried to give me a creme frappuccino when I clearly order coffee variants just sans caffeine. This starbucks is the best starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas are amazing! They are attentive and detail orientated and are genuinely glad to help the customers with their request whether it is a mobile request or an in person request. Amazing and consistent. Kat is especially awesome, she goes above and beyond to make the guest experience a good one.
Overall a good SB. Cleanliness is spotty but they do clean often as seen in this picture. I think I caught them as they were on rotation as there was some half spilt y’all drink on the floor when I came in.
