Hannah was so busy but so kind, i waited for my drink and watched her interact with so many guests and be so welcoming and kind. letting everyone know which drink she was working on with a smile. a difficult and busy job but she handles it like a pro!

Just because it's star bucks dosent mean the person making your coffee knows how to make coffee. Fast food coffee. You want to sit down good luck there is 10 people with laptops who have probably been there most than an hour.
Unfortunately my extra hot drink was lukewarm and my Venti drink was only filled up as much as a Grande. As much as I enjoy starbucks, I would much rather go to one that will give me my money worth.

This is by far one of my favorite starbucks to go to. The staff are all super friendly and nice. At least half of them know my name. There is one barrista named Mitch, who is one of my favorite people to talk to there. He is friendly and quite frankly makes my morning some mornings just because he has such a positive and infectious attitude. My only reason for rating it 4 stars is because it is always really crowded, and the wait can be a little long, depending on the day. But that is not necessarily any of the staff's fault. I honestly think there are a lot of customers there because the service is good and the location is super clean. Great job, guys 🙌

I think her name was Samantha? Whoever opened the store on 9/29/2024 was incredibly polite and helpful with figuring out an issue with my delivery and was very accommodating. She’s a keeper for sure :)
