This is by far one of my favorite starbucks to go to. The staff are all super friendly and nice. At least half of them know my name. There is one barrista named Mitch, who is one of my favorite people to talk to there. He is friendly and quite frankly makes my morning some mornings just because he has such a positive and infectious attitude. My only reason for rating it 4 stars is because it is always really crowded, and the wait can be a little long, depending on the day. But...
I think her name was Samantha? Whoever opened the store on 9/29/2024 was incredibly polite and helpful with figuring out an issue with my delivery and was very accommodating. She’s a keeper for sure :)
I always go to this one since it is close to my workplace. The employees are friendly and helpful!! They are always energetic and passionate about their jobs. I ordered this drink through Doordash today, and I was shocked to see the drink ? I was “excuse me! Where is the rest of my lavender cold foam?” I was surprised because I never got issue with this location before.
