Dale, the bartender is very nice. I cld first, and his warmth brought me in. I just wanted to check out The place. Lake is drained unfortunately so sat at bar. Was a good choice. Thx!
It is a little hidden off the street, but, has a great location right on Lakewood Bay beside the dock. It was a weekday and a little slow when we arrived. Had a choice of anything seat on the patio. I`m sure on the weekend it would be packed. We had the fish and chips and the pulled pork sandwich along . The fish was fresh , although a little overcooked. The pulled pork was very good, however, they need to work on the dressing for the slaw. The star of the show was a wait staff...
So we saw the reviews and were worried, but we wanted to hit the patio for some sun and shade. They were great with letting us change tables to get closer to the water. Our server was attentive and charming. We ordered the turkey avo sandwich and the smoked chicken salad, great food, great beer. We cannot complain about any part of the experience.
