Cyrus and his team member absolutely knocked it out of the park; literal artisans at work. This has been the first time in a long time that I’ve seen a Subway location so spotless, freshest possible ingredients, and overall great efficiency during lunch hour. I don’t care if I have to drive out of my way to come here. Bravo, roll credits!

The employee seemed unhappy and the sandwiches were missing ingredients and pepper was in one spot. Roast beef was cut with the grain and bread was stale. I'm done with them.

The two guys that were working there were so rude! The shorter guy that’s the “manager” was the rudest! The haven’t been to a subway in years so I was asking questions and he kept rolling his eyes and throwing out dirty looks and pushing us down the line. They only had 3 customers so it wasn’t like they were busy.
He pushed us on down to the taller, younger Asian kid who couldn’t hear our orders coz he HAD HIS DAMN AIRPODS IN HIE EARS!!! The manager hadn’t told him that I wanted to try the cheese dippers. So I once again had to tell the kid taking our money that I had ordered then cheese dipper things. He was like “what”?No idea what you’re talking about so I had to walk back to the front of the line to show him the picture. He had no idea what they were.
When he finally got the dippers out to us, I went up to let him know they didn’t have anything on them. Him and the manager proceeded to tell me they only have a little cheese on them. I called BS! I looked it up and there are 3 different kinds. They are supposed to be a foot long and have pepperoni/cheese, chicken/cheese or double cheese.
They refused to correct the situation and again. Rude rude rude. As you can see from the picture, they were six inches long and very tiny amounts of cheese. They were so bad I could only eat one bite. And the dipping sauce was the worst!
It’s too bad these two young men don’t appreciate the fact they have jobs is because of their customers and try to make customers happy. After getting home, we looked at the receipt and sure enough I had ordered the pepperoni and cheese dipper and NOT ONE PEPPERONI!
Never again!!!!! Calling the owner tomorrow.

Tried ordering online and accidentally order to a wrong location that was about 15 minutes from the one I was at, which admittedly is my fault, but i tried calling 5 times and even before they received the order when it was processing, no answer. Get to the store and see two employees and ask if the phone ever rang and they said they “couldnt get to it” and i explained i was calling to cancel my order the girl proceeds to say “well i can cancel it for you now.” well i already made the extra drive for no reason so might as well pick it up here. just to find a squished soggy mess of a sandwich. I’m beyond frustrated. How hard is it to pick up a phone for 5 seconds? Especially when you get 5 calls back to back, doesn’t that seem urgent? Fair warning to double check before you hit order because they will NOT help you.

they're really busy at times and still work hard to make sandwiches when stuffs going on. I ordered a confusing sandwich and they fixed my stuff right away in minutes. cool staff!

I'm giving this location a 1-star review, and I want to clarify that this is the 24-hour Subway located in the same plaza as One Stop Card and Games. 17773 Lower Boones Ferry Road, near safeway.

The incident occurred between 6:15 and 6:50 am on November 2, 2024. The employee at the counter told me to "be nice" while a homeless man, who was eating inside the restaurant, was apparently her "friend." After the man offered me a cookie, I politely declined, but he then made inappropriate jokes. As I was leaving, he began shouting racial slurs from outside the restaurant.

I’m left wondering why your store allows homeless individuals to loiter inside, especially when the staff is purchasing food for them. Why did the employee ask me to be nice while buying food for someone who is making racist comments? Is there any management monitoring what happens at this location?

I have been getting these Subway dippers mainly the pepperoni one and they are really good....and tonight the guy made a suggestion of what I should try with it....of course I tried it and it was very delicious

$16 subway sandwich that has the ingredients of a kids meal. Because I want many different gradients doesn't mean it has to be small portion. I'm not ordering A kids meal I am ordering an adult dinner... this is garbage. Stop skimping on food when it's already overpriced. "The monster"
looks like "the baby bird" it's tiny for being overpriced.

Tried a 2nd time after a not-the-best 1st time at this location. Placed order online. Arrived when order was supposed to be ready. Waited another 20 minutes. Got it home and order was wrong. Messed up one sandwich so bad that that person wasn’t able to eat it because of things that could not be removed from sandwich. This happens ALL THE TIME at all of the local locations. And Subway no longer has real customer service (AI only) so you cannot talk to anyone about not getting what you ordered (store won’t deal with it once you leave because it’s an online order). The only real option anymore is to order in person.

Store is clean and all, but the food was literally not edible. I went in last night to get a sandwich and the guy sent me and my girlfriend out the door so that he could take his lunch, so we ordered our sandwiches on the app so that we couldn't be refused again and all I can say is the way this was made was absolute retaliation. What do you see when you look at this wet slop? ITS DISGUSTING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. About to throw up just looking at this mess, this isn't a sandwich, it's some kind of slime bread soup. Can't even have it out of the bag for one minute without it completely saturating everything in a 12" radius with slime. 13$ for slime burritos, come and get it at your local subway at 2am

What the????? I betrayed the subway on martinazzi and I will never do that again. The app said the order was ready but when we got to this location, no one was even making it yet and took an extra 20 mins basically. I also ordered the $5 foot long cookie and they gave me 2 regular $0.89 cookies??? I’m lowkey upset lol. Go to the subway over on Martinazzi if you want a way better experience with food that you’ll be happy to eat. I feel bad for the new girl getting no help from her coworker.

*Update: that was actually one of the weirdest sandwiches I’ve ever even tried to eat. Idk what it was but it tasted like burnt plastic?? Chemically?? Idk but it wasn’t right lol
