Every time I order through the app, they skimp out on toppings. My sandwich last night had 2 spinach leaves and was missing other toppings completely. It was so small that you could not even see the toppings with the sandwich closed, just looked like a loaf of bread. Don’t seem to have this issue when I order in person. Have a feeling it is because I am using coupons/promo codes or it is retaliation for not tipping ahead of time. Lame.

Very good service and my double meat BLT was outstanding. The view from the outdoor seating was wonderful as well. Kudos to Stormie the sandwich
Went there because chipotle was closed, only person was there manager. Dude was awesome. Loved him, though I wish I got his name. He had been working since 8:30 am and it was 9 pm. Said that he'd had 4 people call out. Food was great, though I wish that manager specifically had more support.

This is the worst subway I have ordered from. I consistently get the wrong order and it's not Uber eats fault, it's through subways fault because the receipt on the bag shows what i ordered, but what inside is not correct. I highly recommend not ordering from this location unless you want to get the wrong order.

My order from the app disappeared and when I called to make sure they had it they confirmed it was ready and waiting for DoorDash to come get it. I waited over an hour and nothing so I called again and they ignored it 5 times before I got an answer. The answered the phone “subway” and then promptly put the phone off the hook down on the counter so I could hear everything in the store but nobody was answering the call. So I sat waiting for over 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention but no answer, then they proceeded to leave it off the hook for another 30 minutes so I couldn’t try calling again. Ended up having to send me coworker in to pick it up and it wasn’t even made. So they charged my card and didn’t give me anything I ordered plus there’s absolutely no way to call corporate to try and get a refund so now I have to wait for them to email me back for god knows how long to get my stolen money back. Absolutely unacceptable employees who won’t do their jobs

Went in to order a sandwich and had to use the restroom first. The first one I tried was so disgusting, I opted to try the other available bathroom, it too was disgusting. They looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in some time. Not like days, but weeks. The sinks are covered in grime, rings in the toilet bowls, and biological contaminates in, on, and around the toilets. I went to the dining area to order and there was trash and debris on the floor. That’s when I decided to leave. Clearly if routine cleaning is not occurring in the front of the house, it’s not happening in the back of the house.
