Great service and good deals with promo code. I only buy when there's a promo code to get a better deal. The shop is small. Young man running the shop alone was doing a fantastic job. I dont tip unless I'm at a table and get table service. It's like asking people to tip at McDonald's.

The lady who made my sandwich was unbelievable rude! Not even a hello, what kind of veggies, just stares at you until you speak. She has been rude before, so this is no surprise. There is another lady who is very kind and this review is no way explains the service I get from her.

The gal working here is horrible, not friendly at all, she actually yelled at an old lady cause she was speaking to low, im a caregiver and it really upset me to see an elder treated this way, she put my food on counter and set the bag next to it , guess I bag my own food , she walked away without saying thank you !!!!! Horrible Service

I went in to the location in upper boones ferry road on sunday and I was greeted by Julian. I told him that I was hsving trouble placing an online order, and if he could help me because I wanted to redeem a promotion. He was absolutely so nice and patient and we ended up figuring out how to use the coupon!! The sandwiches he made were absolutely amazing and done perfectly how I wanted them!! overall amazing experience thank u Julian!!!
Ordered online for this location, arrived to get 4 sandwiches which we were ready and waiting but never saw an employee. Sadly when I got them home to my family there are barely any ingredients inside them. Pictured below was supposed to be a subway club. 2 strips of bacon, 1 piece of ham on each side and 1 piece of ham…. Really for 13.99 a sandwich? Went to this location because it was close to my job. Will never go here again waste of money.

Purchasing sandwiches in bulk for some Les Schwab employees… I learned after the fact that this store used day-old bread, and the sandwiches tasted stale. When I called to let the store know, they acknowledged they use Yesterdays bread.
