It’s not worth to buy the burger and chocolate shake there. The burger was bit of cold and small size for that price. Chocolate shake was very watery and can’t really taste the chocolate. Only one good thing is the fries.

Great burgers even better location much safer then other location on foster or Powell can’t remember. They were a bit understaffed seemed but it came out pretty fast for making things fresh. This is not like McDonalds where you order and it’s in your hand in 30 seconds the quality is very high and tastes great.

Food, delicious. Location, great! Service, sub par. If Super Deluxe wants to compete, their staff needs to get it together. Walked in, stood at the counter with what looked like the "shift manager" with his head down writing on a white board for multiple minutes before coming to the counter. A second worker walked around the kitchen with dishes, but also never came to the counter. After probably 5 minutes of standing at the counter did we order. All the tables that didn't have chairs on them, at 2pm, were dirty, so we had to take chairs off the table to eat at a clean table. Food then took way too long to be served. Like I said, the food and location are great, but the service is not so great!

The burgers are fresh and delicious! Very open and welcoming environment too. The only thing I found concerning is they will only be getting foot traffic and word of mouth. They are tucked away a bit. Well worth the $$ very good burgers!

Five stars except for atmosphere. Why?It's a restaurant not a club. Music is TOO loud. Music should be in the background. If you are going to play music, change the styles. Not everyone is into current pop/dance music. Their chicken nuggets are made with REAL chicken. They are the best I've ever tasted. The menu is super limited.
The folks in the LO store are fantastic and super friendly. The food is superb and the atmosphere was great.

So happy to have a cheaper fast burger joint in downtown LO. I’ve eaten here a few times now and have tried their burgers and nuggets. Burgers are like a good-quality fast food burger. If you like Chick-fil-A nuggets, I highly recommend trying these. They are of similar texture and quality. Nuggets are definitely my go to! Their fries are also very yummy.
