The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

So I went down to get some boba tea and a sandwich for lunch, and as they warmed up my sandwich someone walked up to me and told me that the boba wasn’t prepared. I thought “Ok, I can wait here for 25 minutes.” But I ended up waiting for almost an hour, and they didn’t even get me my sandwich until 30 minutes later! Overall though the food was good and it had a great atmosphere.

Best carmal blended coffee drink ever

Been going here for a few years. Seems like with the new group of workers depending on who makes my drink I know whether it's going to be good or not. Would be really nice if all the workers made the ice blended drinks with the same consistency.

I went in Tuesday 05/14/2024 at 11AM, and the two ladies working that morning were super kind, and friendly, the barista that morning made me my iced dry Americano with vanilla and cookie butter, cream and caramel drizzle really came through with an amazinggggggggg tasting cup of coffee, I was sad I ordered a 12oz as they do pack it with nugget ice. There needs to be more of these shops in oregon!!

I went in a week ago to try the viral tik tok drink. I really loved it, but YOU GUYS NEED TO UPDATE YOUR HOURS AND NOT FOOL YOUR CUSTOMERS.I live in Clackamas and work in Clackamas. Based off of your website, coffee shop opens at 6am.Today, I woke up extra early to go get coffee before my 7am shift.I drove 25 minutes from my home for it to be closed at 6am. I don’t think it’s fair for us customers. You guys NEED to love your customers as much as we love your coffee. I don’t think it’s fair going out of our way, specially waking up extra early and driving extra minutes to go get YOUR coffee and to end up being closed. It’s unfair how you decide what time to open your coffee right then and there. I’m only Bringing this out because I know I’m not the only customer. We understand short staffed is sometimes the reason, but that has nothing to do with updating your hours. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE.

My husband and I come here a lot, and we are so thankful to the gentleman who makes our drinks here because he's the only one who gets it right. We have coffee bean in every Foodland in Hawaii and this gentleman makes it exactly like how we remembered. 5 Star to this guy. Thank you so much! We love every drink you make.

Was super excited to try their coffee after hearing great things. 30 min drive was in fact not worth it. I asked for caramel drizzle and no caramel in sight. Was super hyped up and was so sad when I got my coffee.

coffee bean was my go to coffee place when I lived in CA (it was also my first job :-)))) so I was THRILLED when a location in oregon opened up! everyone here is so nice and friendly and the drinks are top tier!also the ice is THE best lol!

Almost every single time I order 8$ coffee drinks off of grub hub it's messed up either the wrong drink the drinks made incorrectly or my add shots arnt added I worked at coffee bean in California for years this place cannot ever get it right and it's honestly baffling that's supposed to be a vietnamese cold brew it clearly doesn't have the right amount of condensed milk sick of giving y'all my money just to mess my drinks up 8 out of 10 times
