Best cart at Front Street. 💯
This is the second time we have been here. The smoked meats are delicious! Great flavor and really juicey. The sandwich combinations were original and very tasty. The Au Jus was the Bomb!!! He even brought out a clean bowl of water for the puppies at the next table over. This Food Truck Pod offers both indoor and outdoor seating with a bar even. Something for everyone.
This is our new lunch spot in Coos Bay. We highly recommend it!

Some of the best sandwiches I’ve had, really packed with flavor. Can easily save your second half of the sandwich for another meal. Definitely would recommend!

I came in the other day and ordered the Han without mushrooms and had them add some bacon and horsey mayo. Came out 3 mins later exactly the way I ordered. Quick and accurate. Tasted great too! You can taste the smokiness from the meat, the sugars from the caramelized onions, the bite from the horseradish. It all culminated so well together. Little truck, BIG flavors! 10/10 would recommend to everyone
Parking: New parking lot is nice and just around the corner. Can walk or use wheelchair with ease around here.

I've eaten at Yoda's Hut several times. Every time I go to the Food Truck court thinking "maybe I'll try something new today". . . . . Nope! Yoda's Hut it is! Their food is delicious and fun. Plus, I love a Star Wars reference.
I'll admit that there's been a couple times where my sandwich was awfully greasy. Still edible, but not my favorite when it's like that.

This place is located in a rad little food truck spot thats designed really well and has plenty of outside seating. I was told they do live entertainment on occasion, this was reviewed Sunday December 1st so I'm sure we just missed it lol.
So I ordered the Death star a pastrami sandwich with homemade coleslaw and I subbed the horseradish mayo with garlic aoli because well I'm not a fan of horsey sauce..it was amazing, the bread was soft on the inside but not dry, the meat was in plenty order. I will say I had to take the second half home but it didn't last long.. get the death star you will not be let down.. May the Force be with you... Also this food truck all the food is named after Star wars characters or things.
Pricing was worth it
Service was great, they didn't have napkins
Are was clean and tidy.

Came last night at 9:40 wanting a sandwich (there’s almost nothing worth eating in this town open past 9pm) as this place says online and on the truck that it’s open until 10. Asked if I could order something with money in hand and was just point blank turned down. Reason being that the fryer was turned off. There was no attempt to make a sale, it was just like she told me I was shit out of luck. Went home hungry and ate leftovers instead.
Fun menu with both good breakfast and sandwiches. Very greasy stuff but good nonetheless.

If I had a first-time customer come in and spin the wheel willing to try anything on the menu and it lands on Chefs Choice....I would probably deliver the meal that folks rant and rave about. Instead, I was served (most likely the fastest) the Anakin aka Turkey sandwich. While edible, I was not impressed at all and would not recommend it to a friend. Sorry guys.
Local go to. Huge portions, the food trucks are always a good place to get good food.
Parking: Parking in front can be hit or miss. If full, try the street parking in the back.

Got the Yoda. It is actually so greasy that it is making me nauseous and I can’t eat it. The french fries are OK so I’m eating those to fill up. But I literally cannot eat the sandwich.
UPDATE: came back and tried the Yoda again. This time asked for no garlic aioll sauce. The meat was completely different this time. I think the last time we came they were literally getting ready to close and we got the last dregs from the pan. So this time it was really really good. Still a little on the greasy side but… What do you expect? It was good!
