Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon and ordered a full Yoda and a full Gamoor with fries with my uncle. We both agree with all the reviews. this is a fantastic truck that puts out great food with the quickness. Our order came out in around 6 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh. The yoda was an excellent version of a cheesesteak. The Ribeye is shave very thin and is of excellent quality. The gamoor is pork loin and is also very high quality. The fries are good. Food truck with Star Wars themed menu names in a food truck court. The ingredients appear high quality and the food was delish. Limited vegetarian options, but what was available was yummy.
I ordered a salad, En-dor greens. We stopped while traveling south to California on a road trip, and I spent the rest of the trip trying to find a meal as delicious as this one! The dressing was amazing and the other ingredients were perfectly proportioned. My husband had the rib eye sandwich and had equal praise for his. Such a treat!
