I’ve been eating at this restaurant for 11 years and I have to say that the service has always been fast and friendly, I have never had a dissatisfaction in the food portions or quality and I still can not believe to this day, how fast the food comes out of that kitchen!! I have shared the experience with many friends, family and co-workers and they have come from corvallis, Albany, Sweethome and Salem just to experience the wonderful service and food that the Apple Tree has!! The place was too busy to even get the waitress to come and take my order had to wait a while. The food was pretty good but they only stick to what's on the menu. To add anything to an omelet would have costed 12 to 13 bucks she said.

Appletree restaurant is a cozy, old fashioned restaurant with lots of regulars. The breakfast is delicious and they have many options to choose from. I was most delighted by the perfectly fluffy pancake and quality syrup. The hash browns were also made to perfection. I will definitely be back.

We stopped by the Longview Applebee's location recently for a casual weeknight dinner. Overall, the experience was exactly what you expect from a chain restaurant: reliably adequate, but without any real standout moments, landing it squarely in the middle with three stars. The biggest positive was definitely the service. Our server was attentive, friendly, and managed to check on us frequently despite the dining room starting to fill up. The drinks were served quickly, and the appetizer (the Wonton Tacos) arrived hot and tasted great—a strong start. However, things slowed down considerably once we ordered our main courses. The wait time felt a bit excessive, and when the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm. I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp; the flavor was decent, but the steak had a slightly chewy texture, and the presentation was a bit messy. My companion's burger was cooked correctly but lacked seasoning. The atmosphere is standard Applebee's—a bit dark, with too many TVs, making a quiet conversation difficult. It’s a fine spot if you need a predictable, budget-friendly meal, but if you're looking for something memorable or quick, you might want to look elsewhere. It gets the job done, but just barely.

This is my moms new favorite place to go for lunch. I’m a picky eater when eating out, but this is one place I can go and get a good omelette. The customer service has been exceptional. Even when they are busy, I am amazed at how fast the food comes out. We will be back
I don't know that I've been to many places, with kinder people. The food was really good, but the best part, was observing the care taken by staff members, looking after an elderly gentleman sitting on his own.
The food was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and very nice. Had a wonderful experience ☺️ Loved the British burger and claim chowder. It was an old fashion hamburger. All the wait staff were friendly. Definitely recommend this place.
Family of 5-20 people who live from Lebanon to Salem (which are at least 30 miles away from each other) gather together regularly to dine, converse, and laugh at Appletree restaurant because it has delicious food, plenty of room, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The attached lounge is also very nice and has billiards, a jukebox, and plenty more seating.
