I have eaten there a couple times. My 9 year old Grandson likes the chicken nuggets there. My experience is that the buns are served cold right out of the package which cooks the whole hamburger down so it's more like eating a Luke warm hamburger sandwich. And the pickle 's are horrible. It's like they weren't preserved long enough to get the proper pickeling. And once in the burger it makes the whole sandwich taste like it.

I have just come from burger king here in lebanon. Yeah , the service at lebanon has gone definitely gone down hill. I just ordered 2 #2 meals and an order of chicken fries. I got home and there was no chicken fries. Thanks Burger King.

When the employee is a total arsenal, he lied, did not give complete order then blamed the door dash driver, like she took one ice cream, all the dipping sauces they charge for now and the current chocolate dipping sauce, I'm sure she made my sandwich wrong and my grandsons right? He was absolutely rude and yelled at me on the phone as soon as I said I had missing items he yelled no there isn't it was all there, and it was not.the food cold, sloppy and again made wrong. No napkins, no forks, no spoon for the one ice cream. Terrible Terrible customer service and to yell at a customer because he doesn't know how to read a receipt and fill an order correctly.

Went to Burger King today and ordered a double cheeseburger. Ordered “ No Pickles “ when I got home I had four pickles on my burger and no cheese. I am allergic to pickles and they put me in the hospital if I so much as look at a pickle. I had to throw the burger in the trash. I will never eat at Burger King again. Employees can’t follow the basic instructions. A double cheeseburger is supposed to have cheese on it and “no pickles “ means exactly that! NO PICKLES “

The lebanon location has kind of gone down hill, it seems like they are always out of something and the wait is sometimes pretty long at night, even if you are the only person there waiting for your order to be taken.. the food is alright, it's fast food. Also without using the coupons you get in the mail, they are outrageously expensive.
