We went to drive thru,,on Tuesday 8/26/25 after we finished working on that area around 5pm Lebanon Oregon,we stop there because we was super hungry,and want eat a fast food, anyway but it was like 2 cars in the Drive thru in front of us ready to order,,but they where waiting very long..to already.,,when we got to the SPEAKER.. Travis your employer said sorry for the inconvenience can you hold? We like ohhh okay? But again another 20 minutes Waiting, and finally we take off we didn't get the chance to freaking order?? 😭

Drive-thru is the way in which I visited Burger King and all we got was a original chicken sandwich and a Whopper Junior and a free fry with the purchase of $1 or more and then we each got an Oreo McFlurry due to waiting on the fries they asked us to pull around to the front we pulled around to the front and we were amongst another car waiting as well as a car that pulled up after us and the employee that took our order comes out to tell us that he is so sorry he didn't know that the ice cream machine was out and that they were refilling it but that it was going to be a 5-minute wait at least we said that that was fine however they prepared our food right away and so our food just sat there we were the last to receive our food and milkshakes and leave. And all they said was sorry for the wait.Which was way longer than 5 minutes it was closer to 10 to 15 and they did not offer us any complimentary anything or no extra fry or nothing. It was definitely a crappy experience.

It's Burger King so it was fine. Friendly employees, clean restrooms, and everything was in its place.
A little slower than your average bk. Never busy so it's not a huge wait. Food is just like all the other bk's. If it has been raining a lot the parking lot makes a good place to drive an rc boat.
