Great experience. The entire crew was respectful, cheery, helpful, and quick. The manager or person expediting food greeted us right away, gave us time to look at the menu and then promptly took our order. The fries were hot and fresh! The patties felt like they came right off the grill. I haven’t had great service like this in a minute! Tell them I said thank you and throw that team a pizza party.

If I could give a negative review on this location I would. 2 different times my online orders were wrong and 1 time I basically got called a lier. The first time ordered a large strawberry lemonade with boba and got charged for the boba yet I get told I was a lier for they no longer carried boba. The on duty manager was rude very rude by keeping on telling me they no longer carry boba and that the application would not allow me to order the boba yet it did change me. This time I got shorted my second large fry and had to go pick it up even though all the food I had just gotten home got cold. I would not recommend anyone to this location. The service of the location has gone down hill very fast. I work in customer service and what I got both times would have gotten me fired. Things need to change at this location and quickly

Make sure you use the restroom before you eat here. The manager is very adamant you can not use the restroom before you eat. I choose to eat somewhere else. It's not degrading enough to ask a grown adult to use it.

So i ordered 2 double burgers. Got all the way back home which is 25 minutes away and found out that they were not doubles. Then it took me almost 20 minutes to get someone to answer the phone I finally got a person named Cheyenne. I told her what happened and she told me that I could come back in at a later date as long as I had my receipt and tell them that Cheyenne said that they would remake them I also gave her my name which I assume she wrote down. 4 days later I went in to get said replacement and today the day was treated with the most disrespect by the manager or whoever was helping me at the time a tall dark-haired young man who was extremely rude and laughed at me. I left the store saying that I was going to change my review from a five-star review 201 because I thought it was wrong to rip people off. I wouldn't go to the store anymore! I won't be.
